Not very professional, they sent unskilled workers with not the right tools, not in time, and left work undone twice. When faced with the facts, they made excuses and pushed back. Eventually they took care of their mistakes but when it came to get it right, they tried to over- charge for a routine make good fix. Poor communication after they got their job. Poor execution of the job. And Nobody to talk to, just voicemail and 2 days delay responses. Don't go for the low ball estimates with hidden surcharges!! I will never give them my business, even after talking to the "concerned owner" Save yourself some grief and money!!

He said he would go take a look at the property the following day, and I'm thinking "Great! Fast and reliable!" because I had called around to other places and they were either busy or did not do the kind of work I was looking for. So I get out of work and I did not receive any phone call or voicemail from the company indicating that they stopped by my house or not, odd. Then I get home and I see a note left for me saying "Machines can not fit in back, cannot do it" No price, no "call me back to discuss", Nothing. My cousin, who lives with me, was home at the time and said she tried to call them back that afternoon but he was being rather difficult. I called him back as well because it should be the professional courtesy that you speak with the customer you're dealing with directly to explain that you came, what you saw, any suggestions or advice at that time, and why you can or cannot do the job at hand instead of just leaving a one line note but, he didn't answer. I called back today during my break and he answers the phone rather flustered like "Is this Charlene?, You people keep calling me and I already explained to you guys that my machines won't fit!..." etc etc Very rude, especially since he never spoke with me, he spoke with my cousin. He asked if I was a first time homeowner (which I also did not see the relevance, I simply was trying to understand why no work at all could be done on my yard even if it can't be mowed if he could just put down fertilizer etc) and said "well I don't know why your relatives didn't just relay the message to you". In the end he suggested that I go and find "a young fella to do the job and for much cheaper". Blown away by the lack of professionalism, patience and respect. I have no choice but to keep shopping around or just do it myself.

I didn't schedule a snowplow & I haven't been able to go to work since last week. No one was available until I tried Gary's tree and landscaping. Gary responded he would do what he can. The next day Gary came and cleared our driveway. We had more than a foot of snow and our driveway is long and has steep areas. Gary saved our month! The cleanup was done, but over a dozen very tall 50'-70' trees were in disrepair. I called Gary as this is one of his specialties. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013. They still are a shadow of there former selves, but I am hopeful the expert pruning will help aid in their recovery. Gary is a very trustworthy and professional. I would have no problem recommending his company for any variety of landscaping services.
