I used yelp to send out the job request to a dozen landscapers in the Boston area and we ended up having 6 come to the property to provide estimates. Jerry's estimate was 25% less than any of the other companies, including the big name ("& sons") in Milton. Jerry provided the estimate within 24 hours (unlike half the landscapers who provided estimates, who took as long as 2 weeks to submit) and also was able to work us in to their schedule much much earlier than I expected based on conversations with other landscapers. The team appeared to be using top of the line equipment and were amazingly professional throughout their time on the job. Fantastic work and 100% I have already begun recommending their work to my neighbors, so I'm looking forward to seeing Rhudd's back on the street soon I hope.

I heard nothing from Mr. Rhutt on Friday so I called Saturday, and in our convo he said he would come by Sunday and look at the property. I asked what time, he said afternoon. His estimate was reasonable and much lower than several other companies. My hedges and yard were neglected and out of control with poison ivy growing throughout. I had a large area of my yard behind my garage like a jungle. The crew removed a long row of hedges, weeds, poison ivy, brush and debris and cleaned all up in one day! The man who came to give the quote about the problem tree also advised regarding safety and health of other trees on the property and ultimately I ended up having them take three trees down. Their pricing seemed affordable to me, scheduling was easy and watching them work was a TREAT. They were like superheroes in their craft. I stayed indoors and watched from the windows stress-free and in awe as they easily took these massive trees down and chipped them up for removal. The men that I dealt with were polite and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. Recently I recommended them to a neighbor who needed extensive tree work done as well and they were on site from 7am til after 8pm (in the dark!) working hard.
