After awhile, he contacted me back and said that he needed to keep some jobs lined up to keep his employees busy and if I could wait about a month, he would do the job at a discounted rate of $2500. I agreed and it was scheduled for 7-29-26. About a week before the project date, he called and said he landed a big job in Memphis and needed to wait until 8-17-26. I agreed. A couple of days ago he called and said they were caught up and wanted to come on 8-3-26. I agreed. During this period of waiting we had a conversation about adding some extra size to the pour and a short 3' wide sidewalk. I told him I would pay an extra $1,000 for this. He stated that it would probably be less than the $1,000 and I stated that as long as it wasn't any more than that, we would do the extra concrete but if it was more, I'd just stay with the original patio for $2,500. He agreed and we met at 7:30 am this morning to start the job. He painted the ground, took measurements and asked for $5,300 for the total job. I told him that I would just go with the original agreement for $2,500 and forget the extra addition. He agreed and started digging out the ground with his skid steer and when he had the back yard destroyed, he shut down the machine and approached me with an ultimatum. I could either pay him $700 more than he quoted, accept a considerably smaller patio than agreed upon for the full price of $2500, which is what he dug out for before stopping or he would leave the back yard dug out and a big mud hole where I previously had a golf course quality lawn. I wasn't about to pay more than agreed or accept less than agreed so he left the mess and has gone on to try a bait and switch on the next customer. I have copies of every conversation we had to prove this review is accurate. Pictures are of how he left it when he decided to try and renegotiate the price. He also stated that since I was watching them work he wanted to raise the price because his experience with people that watch was not good. I am a retired contractor developer with decades of experience and have personally been involved with over building 2,000 homes and developing several subdivisions. I understand the business and it is not acceptable to ever agree on a price, start the job, damage property and then try to renegotiate the price. This is a very dishonest practice.

We finally decided to go ahead and install new field lines. He came out in MARCH and put them in for us and it started to get late and the work wasn't finished. We paid him. (Like I said we trusted this man.) First mistake. I will NEVER do that again. He said he would come back the next day and bring his tractor to fix it. Yallllll, this man has not shown back up. I have called and texted. I have been nice. I have asked over and over. I have been firm. I have the receipts of where I texted him over 10 times over the last few months (and probably more now) with him saying he would show up only to have an excuse. Last night, his "girlfriend" got his phone and said he was sick and that he would get to us today. He even texted and said he was coming this evening. (After I asked him an estimated time of arrival.) Guess what? No show again. I have literally heard it all at this point. I HIGHLY recommend that you do not use this company and to spread the word. I would hate for this to happen to someone else. We are honest, hardworking people and it's a shame we have to even beg for someone to come do the job they have been paid to do!! Please don't take our hard earned money and think I'm going to not let the world know!!!! This is absolutely disgusting and dishonest behavior!! The yard looks so bad I could cry. We have an event at our home this weekend and it's embarrassing. He literally left our septic tanks completely open. We have a quote of $950 to fix what was dug up and left. Let's just say I have sent him text messages to let him know what kind of business he is running and it's a scam! Beware. From someone that learned a lesson!
