I made the appointment for Thursday. There appeared to be a lot of availability. On Wednesday, I received an auto text and email from the app that my appointment has been canceled with no explanation or offer of a reschedule. No telephone call or explanation for why they canceled the appointment. I suspect that it's because I made the mistake of putting in the notes of the appointment that I had a Groupon. So now I don't have time to make another appointment before my event I find it very unprofessional that they could not reach out to me personally in order to explain the cancellation and offer a time that could work, just an impersonal robot cancellation.

But Valentina was soooooo professional about it, she will educate you about the process, went into details as to why you want it, then drew the outline and made sure this is what you want before we go further on. I wanted fuller, thicker, evened eyebrows. She also walked me through what's going to happen next and while I was in the middle of the procedure, we talked about various topics to keep me distracted that a small blade is cutting into my skin. Yes, I drank too much coffee and I was bleeding nonstop, but that didn't bother her, she kept it professional, and the numbing cream really helps!! After an hour or so, she will hand over a paper, stating specific care requirements. I went to Europe, straight after my first session and although I was not suppose to be in direct sunlight, just make sure you're doing your best to stay in the shade, clean it properly and don't let unfiltered water touch the open cuts during the healing process. That was in summer, 4 months ago. Now, I can wake up, come out of the shower and get ready faster because I don't have to worry about wasting time drawing and figuring out if my eyebrows are even every morning before work.
