The process was very professional from the set up, questionnaire, & pre visit instructions, after care in addition to the the in person experience. Kelli was spot on with the entire process and very helpful with the various recommendations and things not needed. My tan is 7+ days and still colorful... she urges hydration to keep the color spot on and it is truly a great bronze color. The prices are very reasonable. Jessica was professional, communicative, and so much fun to work with throughout the entire process. We did a trial prior to the wedding day and even though I know nothing about hair or makeup she was able to capture what I envisioned. At her recommendation I got extensions for my wedding day, but even at the trial she was able to transform my sad thin hair into beautiful Hollywood waves. Day of, Jessica and Heather (the second artist she found for us to get everything done in a timely manner) were a dream team and were very kind and patient with our *ahem* less than easy family members.
