And the variety of vegetables surprised me but I sure wasn't complaining! Everything tasted remarkably fresh and of course, delicious! The only thing that keeps me from rating this establishment 5 stars is the lack of alcoholic beverages available. The drinks menu had a plethora of options to choose from, including cocktails and even mocktails. My partner and I came in on bicycles and wanted to unwind for a while at the shore once we finished our late lunch before we continued cycling, but I was told that mixed drinks were only served at dinner and late nights. I opted for a fizzy drink and a white wine instead. I haven't had an issue with hours whenever I've asked other restaurants for a cocktail or two; if anything I've only been told that certain alcohols weren't in stock. I just found it rather strange that there wasn't a staff member or a bartender on hand that could mix drinks in the late afternoon. Other than that, wonderful service and beautiful food + wine. The scenery was absolutely lovely that day as well.
