You can really tell that they care about their customers. The serving of the food is just right- not too much, not too little, just right. My mouth was burning for twenty minutes afterwards. Just as I wanted. I asked the lady for a fried egg, as I would get in Thailand and out it came, soft fried so the delicious yolk dribbled all through the stir fry.
