I'm sorry to report however that my experience this evening with our latest takeaway, Thai Plimmerton, was decidedly unfriendly and very poor business. I placed my order and inserted my card to pay. While waiting for its acceptance I casually mentioned to the server that I would have liked to place an advance order by phone to save time. The Thai boss behind her overheard what was the gentlest of criticisms and took great offence, turning around and cancelling my order altogether. He refused to serve me and ordered me out! Of course he has lost our business but I would also recommend that this business is one you could well avoid.
