Coming to Biarritz for an evening, we wanted something in walking distance and this did not…read moredisappoint. The location is great as everything is within a 10-20 minute walk. For those with a car, there is limited parking for an additional fee. You may want to see if you can book a space ahead of time. If you do not want to park, we were able to find free street parking a few blocks away. Our car was safe and undisturbed. Note that we came in the low season so I do not know how easy street parking would be in the high season. The hotel is an older building with some modern updates. There is a small lobby and a breakfast room. Check in was flawless. The lady spoke fluent English which was most helpful as my French is rusty at best. She gave as an overview of Biarritz and made several recommendations. She even explained the parking situation and told us where we could find the free parking. We got our room keys (RF cards) and went to the room. We ordered a junior suite. There was no separate room. I guess the chaise lounge made it a suite. That being said, it was a nice size room with a comfortable bed. We were on the second floor and had a view of an alley. We could fully open the windows and take in the sea air. There was individual temperature control. The bathroom was spacious by European standards and there were slippers and robes. Linens were soft. Provide bath products were adequate. I found the room to be comfortable. The sleep quality was good. There was no noise at night. The Wi-Fi seemed fast, but we did not try to stream any movies or Netflix. It was fine for general surfing for sure. There is breakfast for an additional fee (16 Euros I believe), but we did not partake. I heard it was quite good. Check out was a breeze. We were able to store our bags as we roamed through Biarritz for the day. We came back to the hotel and grabbed them before departing. I gave this place five stars. We received individual attention at check in and the host was quite gracious. She took time to go over the sights at Biarritz and gave us suggestions. She also told us about the free parking and gave us opportunity to find it. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is great. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

(Found the bill: 175 Euro per night) We had a family room, and two bathrooms, which is a step up from a premier inn type family room. All was fine, good linen, and towels. No iron or ironing board in the room. I had to get the iron from reception, and some miniature board that had to placed on the only table available in the room; not ideal. There is no bar or restaurant, but there was a place for breakfast. As we were with friends they found out that their breakfast was free as they were both over 60. They said that I was over 60 too, and that got not only a free breakfast for me, but also for my wife (not over 60) and my two children (13 &11). A good result. Although it says there is car parking (and it is secure), it extra to the price of your stay. Sorry, can't remember the cost, but I think it was quite pricey. The staff were great. Reception and elsewhere. I did like their restaurant recommendation. See other review. Nice place to stay for one night. This was booked by friends, and if I'd known there was a Radisson Blu in Biarritz, then I would have stayed there as I loyalty point that would have given us a free night. Nous avions une chambre familiale, et deux salles de bains, qui est un cran au dessus d'une chambre type de famille Premier ministre de l'auberge. Tout était très bien, bonne linge et des serviettes. Pas de fer ou une planche à repasser dans la chambre. Il fallait que je le fer à la réception, et certains carte miniature qui devait placé sur la seule table disponible dans la chambre; pas idéal. Il ya pas de bar ni restaurant, mais il y avait une place pour le petit déjeuner. Comme nous étions avec des amis ils ont découvert que leur petit déjeuner était gratuit car ils étaient tous les deux plus de 60. Ils ont dit que je suis trop plus de 60, et qui a obtenu non seulement un petit déjeuner gratuit pour moi, mais aussi pour ma femme (pas plus de 60) et mes deux enfants (13 et 11). Un bon résultat. Bien qu'il dit il ya un parking de voiture (et il est sécurisé), il en sus du prix de votre séjour. Désolé, je ne me souviens le coût, mais je pense qu'il était assez cher. Le personnel était super. Réception et ailleurs. Je l'ai fait comme leur recommandation de restaurant. Voir autre avis. Bel endroit pour un séjour d'une nuit. Cela a été réservé par des amis, et si je l'avais su qu'il y avait un Radisson Blu Biarritz, alors je serais resté là comme je le point qui nous ont donné une nuit gratuite de fidélité.

I was there for a business event, and they made sure I had what I needed to get things done quickly and efficiently. Is this my favorite hotel in the world? Maybe- located in the part of Biarritz over the most iconic…read morebeach in the area. Finishes are opulent, everything is beautiful. Not all the rooms here are created equal, in the fact the hotel has a significant number of suites which all have their own character. The property is expansive and service is attentive to every detail. The rotonde is where a magnificent seaside breakfast is served each morning. It feels like you're in a history museum and it has to leave. Be sure to book a room with an ocean view- you won't regret it. There are two pools at the property one indoor pool and an outdoor one. Given the sizes of these they rarely feel highly occupied. Love the hallway carpeting with the distinct shade of blue scattered with bumble bees which I think is the same as the guerlain logo.
