Owner( Sam) became irate, swearing & said he had "children to feed". Walked back to his vehicle and sat there for 1 hrs, as his vehicle wouldn't start. I do not recommend. I emailed yesterday to confirm and "Tim" assured me they would be here between 11:00 and 1:00. At 2:00 I attempted to contact them to confirm their E.T.A. . None of the phone #'s provided on the Internet were legitimate numbers . I emailed them to see when they would be arriving. It is now 8:45and I have yet to hear from them. A totally wasted day- and I still need to have this stuff removed as I have new furniture arriving Monday!!! I WOULD NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Totally unprofessional with NO customer service at all. A perfect scam as far as I am concerned.
