Stopped here with friends for lunch and it was pretty busy. The tables inside were all taken so we…read moresat outside on the patio. There were other people dining on the patio as well so this area was also busy. Service was very slow and it took forever for the server to come to us. The food took some time as well and after it was dropped off, we never again saw our server. She was friendly when we did see her but then she just went MIA. We were in need of condiments and silverware and we had to flag someone else down for them. The burgers were dry, did not have flavor, and my patty seemed to be burnt. There are only a few places that stand out after living south of the border for the past 3 years. One of them was in the state of Sonora, but it was not Holy Cow. But since Sonora is cow country, I had higher hopes. Overall, everything lacked flavor. The chocolate shake. The burger, the overcooked, over-crispy fries and the BBQ sauce. Speaking of BBQ sauce, why are they filling the Heinz ketchup bottles with that?

La hamburguesa Western Bacon esta recomendada, y las papas fritas tambien estan muy buenas, estan suavecitas y no muy saladas. El servicio esta okay, son olvidadizos y a veces algo tardado, tienes que recordarles de tu pedido en el mostrador. Por ejemplo, una vez pedí dos desayunos de hotcakes con huevo revuelto y salchichas. Ellos me habían traído solo uno y mi madre le faltaba el suyo, se lo trajeron despues pero era el equivocado, asi que tuvimos que cambiarlo.
