The customer service was really good when I emailed asking which balloons to purchase for a balloon display I wanted to make. They responded the next business days with the links to all the balloons and accessories I needed. This made it much easier than going through their massive selection. They have a pick-up option if you want to save on the shipping cost. The only thing is that it's hard to find the warehouse. There should be more signage to help customers find the warehouse. You have to turn off of Aimco and then down the road a little bit, turn left, and drive to the back.

Safiya was amazing! Very warm, helpful and excellent with the kids. They were engaged and loved every minute of the Grossology themed activities! The kids took home never melting snow, slime and a gummy worm... which they all made themselves. We brought our own loot bags so this was an added bonus! The only add on I purchased at the recommendation of the employee I spoke to when I initially made my booking, was the dry ice. For only an extra $5 it was totally worth it! The outside of the building doesn't look great and there's garbage strewn about in the parking lot but once you get into Chamelea you'll find a clean and bright space. If they could make their sign a little more prominent and brighter, it would go a long way to make it more appealing from the outside. 15 is a good number of kids... not too crowded. The science activities ran longer than planned (nice little bonus for us!) but we were not rushed to eat quickly and leave according to schedule. Everything was done with a smile and our satisfaction was paramount. Very happy with my decision and the internet reviews didn't fail me! Would highly recommend Chamelea to others.

They were very relaxed about the whole process. I just put down my deposit and could take up until the week before the party to decide on a package. They let me customize my package for some very small fees (to get a bigger cake, add a mylar balloon, etc.) and were very flexible to enable me to accommodate what I wanted for my son's birthday. The place was clean and empty when we got there. It accommodated everyone in our party, which included a big family, lots of friends, and school chums and their parents, too. Lots of room for coats, loot bags, gifts, party supplies, etc. The staff was amazingly helpful, kept refreshments coming (because of the awesome Deluxe Bounce Package we got), helped serve the cake with the expertise of people who have done this a lot, and they didn't push us out the door when our time was up, as we were doing our best to get out on time! One of the best things about it was the fact that you get the whole place for your party, no sharing with strangers, and the location was amazing, with lots of free parking.
