Overall, this was a great lunch experience. This cart would be able to make it up in the Portland area. But where it's located? The star of the meal was the gyro wrap. Everything seems to be cooked to order and very fresh. It had all the usual flavors and seasoning you're expecting, but instead of shaved off a vertical spit, it very tender pieces of meat cooked and put inside with feta, tomatoes, grilled onions, pepperoncinis and tzatziki sauce. It's wrapped with a style of flat bread I've never had before that so soft and flavorful on it's on. It wasn't the pita I was expecting, but it was so good.
