United Talent Programs have been an incredible experience for my daughter! The instructors strike…read morethe perfect balance between challenging her and keeping dance fun and engaging. It's clear they are passionate about developing both technique and a love for the art. The communication from the program dirextor is top-notch. Whether it's details about competitive dance opportunities or recital information, families are always kept in the loop, which makes everything run smoothly. The ballet program is especially high quality. The attention to detail and dedication to classical training have helped so many dancers. They put on beautiful performance. Sometimes you truly forget these are kids and not professionals They're that good! Musical theater has also offered some great opportunities for her to share her musical talents. The program director does a great job engaging the kids and always works to create great shows. If you're looking for a program that offers strong technical training, a supportive environment, and a commitment to clear communication, United Talent is the place to be! Highly recommend!

They let an instructor yell at a group of 3-6 year olds, and now are blaming the kids for not…read morelistening, instead of the instructor for being a teenager with an attitude problem.. My kids (3&4) were students with cheerville in harrodsburg for 6months, and before the end we didn't have any problems- besides their lack of organization... but we recently decided to remove them from classes because of the unprofessionalism of their staff and management. In the last 2 months we were with them there were a few times we would get to class and there would be no teacher... at all. We were paying them to let a group of 3-6 year olds run around in a open gym with no instructions. But we stuck it out because getting help can be hard right now. We also didn't have a front desk lady to check us in for about a month- 2 months, and when she came back she decided to be rude to people because SHE hadn't been there doing her job and keeping everything in order. She took her frustration out on the moms and grandparents that came in with their kids. Then they take her daughter- Mikayla, who is probably around 17-18?? And let her teach the tot (3-6yo) class... which was all fine. Until she started yelling at my kids!!! I immediately removed myself and told the front desk this was unacceptable. She never apologized- she just walked into the gym and then went to yell at her daughter, for yelling at the kids . When she came back out I tried to come to terms and let her knowno wasn't wanting to cause trouble but I also wouldn't be paying anyone to yell at my kids, she came back with "its my daughter, and I wouldn't put her in there if I didn't think she can handle it". Forgive me if I'm wrong, but a teenage girl with a bad temper towards her own little brother (she regularly talks badly to her 2yo brother in the waiting room for everyone to hear) probably shouldn't be in charge of a class of toddlers. Mikayla is a student there, as well as the daughter of the front desk lady so everyone there knows she had a attitude problem so why she was chose to teach a class of small kids is beyond me.. but she isn't going to take it out my kids- especially while I'm having to pay her for her attitude and horrible teaching moments. So I contact user management and get ahold of the Co owner. They apologize for my experience and tell me they will look into during the weekend and get back with me Monday. Monday comes around and nothing, so I messaged them letting them know I was waiting to hear from them.. they get back with me on Tuesday and said they will be letting me immediately drop class instead of having me do the 30 day notice due to the circumstances. I had told them that my kids were upset by Mikaylas attitude and needed a break for a little while, but that we hoped to return on the future because they loved their regular teacher, Allison. They responded with "we do ask that your kids be evaluated by an instructor prior to signing up if you return" and honestly I'm floored by that response.. instead of admiting their wrongs, they'd rather say my kids are the problem??? Not the instructor yelling at a class of toddlers?? I replied by saying if our regular instructor was there we wouldn't have had a problem, and I let them know that we DID an evaluation period when we first signed up. We signed up and gave them a 30day notice, that way if my kids weren't doing well in class we already had an end date. So we literally did what she suggested and still had problems with a fill-in instructor yelling at children. We did everything we needed to do to make sure the class worked and is in no fault of me or my family, meanwhile they are the one that let the teenager with an attitude problem teach a group of kids. Ive not recieved a reply to my last message and honestly I don't expect one given the level of professionalism the co-owner has showed. Long story short- there program is a shit show, save your efforts and money and go somewhere else.
