The apartment has lots of natural light and closet space! The whole complex is super clean, renovated and up to date! There is a great gym with a huge selection of fitness equipment. I can't wait till summer to tan by the pool. The best part is the location. I can walk to Whole Foods and do all my grocery shopping! Lakewood is filled with cute fun bars! They did an excellent job of keeping up with maintenance and fixing any issues that came up in a timely manner. Our dishwasher leaked at one point, and it was fixed before I came home for lunch the next day. The entire staff and community is so friendly. Plus, it's perfectly located, with many stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

The only downside to living in the townhouses is that you still have to share a bedroom. My senior year my roomie (Amy 2) got the top bunk. I am too lazy to crawl up there when I am tired. B-W pays for everything here...heat, water, sewer, cable, and phone. It has all the perks of living in a dorm but without most of the hassles.

The lobby is nicely decorated, there are three small work spaces, the second floor has a pool and clubhouse (I think there was a beer tap). Coffee in the lobby. There is a gym but I did not see it, and parking. They had everyone on the pool deck to watch the eclipse and it was spectacular. This building is across the street from the RTA, down the street from the West Side Market and Ohio City restaurants. This was a very convenient base of operations for our trip to Cleveland. We did not rent a car and were able to walk most places, catch an Uber.

I am a word-thirsty Writer/Author/pOet, a devout flâneur, and Artist. Whew. I view apartments as 'peopled birdcages.' Yet, and still, I reference Maya Angelou, 'I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings.' Stonebridge apartments is located at the nexus of The Flats, Ohio City, and Warehouse District. The Superior Viaduct, is where Stonebridge Apartments is (hence the name)is privy to views of the Cuyahoga River, Lake Erie, the passages of numerous Leviathans aka Lake Freighters, views of DT CLE, the historic Red Swing bridge, and boating-sculling energies. What's not to see and love. I am an avid voyeur of such. The area is a Whole-Azz-VIBE! Thing is my apartment and this location on the West Bank, immersed with city views, stark urbanity and the Lake/River, provides a symbiosis of existing within and for each other if you will; a connectedness. What I value about living at Stonebridge is my sense of safety baptized in picturesque urbanness. I'm a 'heads up' streetwise traveler. Sweeeeet. The campus is clean and well maintained. Close to public transportation, walkable to 2-3 Libraries, grocery stores, restaurants, and of course food delivery services and my treasured InstaCart. Ashley Ineman, the Property Manager, is unquestionably the tour de force of this community/campus. She espouses and supports a communal ethos. Ashley, listens and is attentive to us-the community. She is stellar! The maintenance staff (Matt, Vic, Tim, Singh) are professional, friendly, and efficient. Oleg, persons the office, and is a charismatic welcoming force. All strive to make the Stonebridge community, home. Yes, I considered other spots in DT CLE, even Cleveland Heights (my fav). But, the views, the conveniences, the Urban energies and overall comfort with the area and Stonebridge itself, would be unmatched in another location. IJS. My Yin and Yang is here. The Con: Parking.
