Then a month in the other partner got on the phone to assure me they had my back & were going through with my suit, wasting another month. Meanwhile no one found my $900 scooter so when I finally tracked it down it had been thrown away. They did nothing to find my witnesses. Frankly, the way they left me underserved was as traumatizing as getting hit by the bus. I think I've found the better replacement, but if not, I'll keep looking.
