Well I was unfortunately involved in a car accident in my neighborhood.I was injured and needed help through the maze of costs. I did not have a family attorney so I went through online advice, YELPs and other reviews. I thought I was getting a local firm, however, the Accident Guys serve all of Southern California . To assist in this , Omid and Elliot, the 2 attorneys, send out their assistant to get all the information needed to get the case started. Within a few minutes we were on the way to our medical treatments. Although recovery took a while, all necessary treatments were covered for me. I was given a case manager, who was empathic and easy to get in touch with. All calls were responded to within a few hours. Easy access via email as well. Once the care was finished, we then had another office staff discuss the next steps. Finally, we heard from the attorney, Omid, to complete the settlement phase. The time it took was within expectations and most information processed on paper and was easy to docusign online and print out for my records.
