My 1-year old Grandbaby, Caedyn was referred to The Allergy Center at Brookstone, and let me say that the superb bedside manners and engagement Dr. Robert C. Cartwright, MD displayed was nothing less than perfect. He communicated clearly with my daughter and son-in-law how the tests would work to determine what our baby was having reactions to, he explained all that needed to be done in order to protect him from future outbreaks, and provided overall guidance. My grandbaby doesn't generally take to strangers, but he loved Dr. Cartwright, so I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. Please keep up the admirable job, Sir!! read more

Went to be re-tested since it has been nearly three years. No testing happened other than a pulmonary function test. Was quickly told that shots were not an option for me since I had reactions in the past. I was even given the chance to ask about doing the injections without the cat antigen. Dr Chrzanowski wanted me to take Xolair injection monthly which is for chronic hives in which I do not have. I have hives when I am in grass. I called to voice my concerns the assistant said she would pass my concerns on to the MD and I received a call back later that afternoon and was told their is nothing else that the MD could offer and to see a dermatologist. He essentially does not want to see me since I don't want to take a medication that has the potential to weaken my immune system and increase my risk of breast cancer. He is a shallow and uncaring MD in my opinion. I will not ever go back. read more

I have never experienced any wait time in this office. The office staff, nurses, and Dr.Cartwright are very friendly and attentive. Dr.Cartwright takes his time and listens. He makes sure all of our questions are answered. read more

I've been without my allergy meds for 7 days. Itchy hives all day all night. Today I was supposed to be tested for a mold allergy. My appointment was today at 3:45. It's pouring rain, so I called to let them know I was 4 minutes away and didn't get an answer. I walk in, a total of 4 minutes late. On a normal sunny day, I'd understand them cancelling my appointment and making me reschedule, but on a stormy day like today ... especially when I called to communicate the 4 minute delay,( coming from an hour away) I feel like an exception should have been made. I was refused service after an hour long drive and a week of misery covered in hives. I will not be returning. They have lost a patient. read more

This has to be the worst dr. office I've been to ever in life. They find any reason to reschedule or deny or service with them. My child as asthma and allergy really bad to the point where he suppose to take allergy shots and have an asthma treatment so often but they deny my baby service finding reasons about his insurance which keep in mind the same insurance they saw him with like a month ago. I really dislike their front desk staff cause they are not understandable nor concern people in fact the service is really really poor and I dislike it a whole lot. I'm now searching elsewhere for my son. read more

I pity anyone who has no allergist option aside from this center. The doctor was helpful enough but the nurses have the most absurd bedside manner I've ever seen in a healthcare setting. Maybe I just caught them on an off day?...No. Each visit left me feeling like I was the biggest inconvenience to them. I will not be back again. read more
