Patients were jampacked into a waiting room that was smaller than a regular bedroom. Shot day! I told them that I would not stay for the appointment because they were not adhering to social distancing. I am appalled at their lack of respect for my health and for the health of others. If they want to disobey the laws set up by our country, then they should at least allow their patients notice! I don't think that doctors should be making a political statement at the expense of their patients!

They were nice up front, but rushed me through the whole process and don't give me a proper quote to have track record of expected charges. When I asked questions about the possible fees, they twice assured me the estimate was very reasonable despite what the weird not-estimate they gave me implied. So I went with allergy testing. What did I get? No actionable insight or help, very little quick explanation of a couple of my results, and a surprise bill in the mail TEN TIMES LARGER than what I was assured it'd be. Now I've tried calling them and they won't help me or call me back. DISHONEST, LIARS, CHEATS. Avoid at all costs.

I got my asthma under control in my late teens, moved out of state and stopped coming here. I ended up moving back to Idaho in my early 20's and with moving back came my allergies with them. Different plant life in our state caused my asthma and allergies to go nuts so of course I came back to this office. My first visit back I was seen by Dr. Keiley and I won't be seen by anyone else. Dr. Keiley is the kindest, honest and most caring doctor. He takes time with me during our appointments to make sure that I have everything I need or if I have any medical concerns that need to be addressed. When I'm super sick and need to be seen, Dr. Keiley will squeeze me in so I'm taken care of. He is truly passionate about helping his patients. I'm grateful to have him as my specialist. If you're looking for a specialist in asthma and allergies, Dr. Keiley is the doctor for you! His team of nurses are great. You will be taken such great care of. There is no one else I would trust more than Dr. Keiley, especially with my health.

I was referred to West Valley Spine and thought, "Okay, it's going to be a long time before I hear from them to set up an appointment." Wrong. They contacted me a couple of weeks later and I got in there soon after, too. They have two locations, in near downtown Meridian and in Caldwell. Been to both locations and saw the same doctor and assistant, Sarah Wilson and Edgar. This whole situation is brand new to me and I was a bit apprehensive, but I need not have been. Both were so friendly and took their time to explain everything. Sarah is very knowledgable and she has my trust. Recently had to go in for a second look-see as my pain has increased-dang those family genes. They got me in right away and again I was met with professionalism and friendly folks. Now, I get to experience some physical therapy (review later on that one).

The service - the people and the care was stellar! My husband and I came for our Covid vaccines. One of our highlights was meeting a woman named Raven. When we first checked in - we were admittingly a little nervous. I felt that Raven, the check in woman was just so friendly, caring and professional and had sensed we were anxious. She made us feel welcomed and very comfortable. Also Impressive was the fact that even before we took our seats to wait for our shot, she made sure we were scheduled for our next appointment. The wait was maybe 5 minutes. We had 2 different nurses that administered our shots. The first nurse for the first dose was so darn positive and answered all our many questions. The second one for our 2nd dose was more quiet but very efficient. They both were very thorough with our charts. I had an allergic reaction awhile back so they both watched me like a hawk. This clinic is very organized, clean and caring. Parking is not an issue and the location is ideal. I highly recommend this health care clinic!

I first met with Dr. Sandman, and she was super sweet and listened to what I had to say about how my body reacts to medication. We didn't find anything that worked, and her time was over at this facility so I had to find a new doctor. I got an appointment with Mr. Griffith. I met with him today and he was amazing! Our visit was a little over an hour long and he was very thorough about everything. I'm very pleased with this practice and the doctors they choose. It made me feel like my opinion, as a customer, was important when the lady at the end asked me how I felt about Mr. Griffith because he was new to the building. The people that work here are very kind, considerate, and helpful. Thank you for doing such a great job level 2!
