I moved to Roseville about half a year ago and found myself struggling with allergies. I was at an impasse on what to do until I looked on Yelp for an allergist (thanks guys and gals). I found The Allergy Station and emailed them inquiring on pricing and what the procedure entails. They called me less than 10 minutes later in response which was great. The receptionist provided me with pricing, and a thorough breakdown of the steps for getting better. She was very pleasant and straightforward with everything. I signed up and was scheduled within 2 weeks for my first consultation. I met with Dr. Miller and his team and they were all so nice. I was given some samples of alternate allergy medicine and recommendations for a non-steroid nasal spray along with a prescription for an inhaler. Additionally, I was given an allergy test to see what I am truly allergic to. Fast forward to a month later, I am on allergy shots weekly now to help combat these allergies and feel progress in the right direction. Overall; the attention to detail, care provided and price has been great for everything provided thus far. From the time we walked into Dr. Miller's office we felt at home. It was a very inviting environment. Jami greeted us at the front desk in a pleasant manner and was efficient and knowledgeable in office procedures. Julie took us into the room where we would ultimately see Dr. Miller. She took our vitals and was kind and caring. Dr. Miller was upbeat and pleasant when greeting us each visit. He was compassionate and respectful of our situation. He interacted with other doctors on our team and kept up to date on procedures and bloodwork performed on my husband. The concierge business model that is used also allows patients to be seen whenever needs arise, meaning that if/when you suffer an allergic reaction after normal hours you can still text and call and get a response from the doctor. Dr. Miller's independent practice in Roseville has been fabulous! The services are provided on a membership base which is different than your typical insurance model. Perhaps because of this, the service is a much higher quality. I now have a direct line to the doctor and his staff. If I have an off hours emergency or question I can simply text Dr. Miller and get an immediate answer. Abby at the front desk is courteous and professional. Dr Miller and staff are just awesome. Dr Miller is the only person after 3 dermatologist and 3 regular physicians an endocrinologist that has subsided my redness itch and hive break outs. No one has taken the time Like he has to run tests look at old records of mine bloodwork and allergy tests. This had gone on for almost 2 years and everyone just kinda said well all your bloodwork looks okay. Well when you're in pain and not getting any relief that's not at all comforting. I had gone out of town and broke out so bad in hives Dr Miller FaceTimed me to see what wAs going on and wanted me to come in as soon as I flew home. His team responds so quickly and he is a caring concerned doctor which is so rare these days. I appreciate Dr Millers conscious responses to a patient. This wasnt cheap. I thought of it as an investment. Your first month is like $500 because you pay an enrollee fee and a membership fee. This includes many things, but the reason I chose this office was because they said they offer allergy shots during lunch time. Offering them and wanting to do them are two separate things. As I went to schedule my allergy shot, during lunch time, Jami wanted to add that they also go to lunch too. Kind of making me feel bad for even scheduling during their lunch time which is also my lunch time. You're trying to offer a boutique clinical environment with that comes some leeway for your patients. Do not offer something when in the end you do not like to do it. I appreciate the information I was given today like what I'm allergic too. I wish I was given more information on medications but instead was told to just continue to take Allegra and nasal sprays. Over the counter information I could've found on google. Im honestly very disappointed and wish I would've saved my money for something else. read more

I've been with Dr Miller for almost one year after moving to this area. I found him through a referral from my previous physician in the Bay Area. Dr. Miller has a very patient oriented practice with a small staff that delivers quality care. The setting is relaxed, the focus is on the patient and you are able to contact someone 24/7 if an urgent medical issue occurs. Dr Miller's approach to medicine is more like the "old family doctor" instead of being time constrained and metrics driven that much of modern medical care seems to be about today. He has dramatically improved my quality of life and also made some referrals to other top notch physicians in the area. I saw Dr. Miller during my pregnancy and he communicated between my OB and myself constantly as we figured out my allergy. My OB also mentioned how impressed she was with his follow up and communication. So very grateful to Dr. Miller! My son needed to be seen by a doctor but the soonest our primary care doctor could get us in was the following week... I didn't feel comfortable waiting that long so I took him to urgent care. I walked in and walked out immediately! Dr. Travis Miller has been my daughter's allergy doctor since she was 5 and now she is 16. We follow him wherever he moves his office. Dr. Miller has always been personally interested in his patients. His bed-side manner is gentle, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He is genuinely concerned about my daughter's overall health. My daughter loves seeing him. She feels well taken care of. At age 16 they understand their medical care and can interact with the doctor on their own. It took us a long time to make the decision to cross over to a doctor using the concierge model. The benefits have made a huge difference to our family and we wish we had joined The Allergy Station sooner! We finally have a doctor who looks at the entire picture and is thorough in whole health assessment. Dr. Miller & his staff have the time to give and attention to detail that every patient deserves. I never feel rushed or dismissed and am able to cover all topics needed. Getting appointments for both of our children on the same day is easy. I no longer have to make multiple trips or wait several weeks out. I also greatly appreciate not having long waiting room times. Most important to our family is Dr. Miller's extra efforts and patience with our son who deals with anxiety and needs more attention, time, and explanation then others. My Dr sent over a referral for allergy testing on April 3rd. I called the Allergy center to confirm that my referral was received. I was told that someone would be in contact with me in 24-28 hours. 4/7 still no call for an appointment. I called again to inquire about what the hold up was. They told me if i have not gotten a call by the end of the week to call on the following Tuesday. Still no call. After leaving a total of 3 voicemail still no return call. 4/12 I called my Dr to request my referral be sent to another facility that actually makes appointments and responds to patients. We had our first appointment with Dr. Miller today for our son with many food/environmental allergies. To say we were impressed with the level of knowledge and care provided would be an understatement. We have been seeing another allergist for the past several years who would meet with us 5-10 minutes and move along to the next patient. No clear plan or direction was ever given to us on how to be proactive with our son's condition just "see you in 6 months". On visit 1 with Dr. Miller we have a clear plan drawn up, our questions completely, thoroughly and thoughtfully answered and direct access to answer things as they come up. Being in the healthcare field myself, I believe cash pay/concierge care is becoming the only way to receive healthcare as it should be these days. If anything, I would say that this service costs too little for the level of care we received today. When you also factor in the convenience and what it costs to see a specialist with most insurances, it is an easy decision.
