Dr. Bajwa has been my primary care doctor for the past seven years, and I truly feel blessed to have her. She is an excellent physician--she listens, validates how I feel, and really understands my reactions to medications and my needs. She has been incredibly supportive in helping me manage my chronic pain and always makes me feel welcome, no matter how many times I need to come in. The entire office is wonderful. It's always clean, inviting, and friendly, and appointments are easy to make. I also want to give a special thank you to Moki at the front desk--she is amazing. This is an update. After writing my review. I was asked for a release of Medical Records by the Doctor in order to compare my records to her own Horrible Cruelty! I gave no response. I was then was sent several bills for the $300.00 office visit. Which I paid!...and I have my receipts. Within three months. I was sent to a collection agency. Upon calling the collection agency. I was told "This is strange! They did send you to us for collections. But yesterday it was withdrawn!". All of this from a Horrifically first and only office visit! To take revenge against me for writing about her Horrible Treatment is beyond unethical! Who on earth would trust any medical care to an individual like this! THIS DOCTOR IS NOT ONLY A DANGER TO PATIENTS! To be vindictive when she put my health in danger is Worst Than No Apologies! THIS IS EVIL!!! read more

My husband and I switched to Dr. Bajwa when Dr. Sandhu left the practice. She is a very nice, down-to-earth person who made me feel comfortable on my first visit. She is non-judgmental and listens to what you need. She had a nurse practitioner student with her (they asked me first if she could come in) and I was so glad to see the next generation of providers getting good clinical experiences. Mercy Medical Group can be difficult to reach on the phone (long hold times, and you don't get the people at the front desk, but some off-site answering center), so I highly recommend using their portal for communication. The Rocklin location at 550 W. Ranch View Drive is a new building and has plenty of parking. Hopefully they will add more specialties there like pediatrics and women's health. read more

I used to go to a different doctors office on Sunset and had horrible experiences, in December 2021 I moved to Dignity Health and Dr Bajwa. She is AMAZING!! On my first visit we went over my health challenges and she was very understanding and didn't make me feel like I was "faking" them like some previous Dr's I had. After years of bad experiences to have a Dr actually care was a huge change. Every time I see her she is a Dr that seems too good to be true. This last month I have had multiple health issues and have seen her several times and done many messages via the app,.. I saw her again yesterday and apologized for being a hassle.. She was so kind!! Has never made me feel bad about myself. I highly recommend her and the entire office staff, never had an issue with anyone. Dr. Bajwa is wonderfully kind. She listens, never makes me feel rushed, and always gives me say in my treatment. The very first time I saw her, I'd been having ongoing issues with dizziness. She didn't take the easy way out and blame my weight, too much caffeine, and/or not enough sleep. She gave me a treatment that worked and always makes sure I know I can follow up with her any time. She's also very timely about answering online messages which is helpful because I can't always answer my phone at work.
