They rejected my appointment of Geaux Registered Agent because I had inputted the incorrect business name (shoulda been Registered Agents Inc.). A wonderful woman named Abby called me up and helped me resolve that problem. So I tried again. The website auto-populates the agent's address but includes the Suite number in the first line of that address. It then, inexplicably, asks you to input your agent's address manually, with a separate field for the Suite number. If you take the bait and fill in that "Suite" field, your application will be rejected because it isn't precisely the same as the auto-generated address. Abby helped me to identify and resolve that problem too. Well worth the price, great value!

I sent him the requirements that were needed to which he agreed. Once I received the "deliverables" they were unusable as it was not a topography survey it was later revealed this was topography mapping. I called Fly Guys for nearly a month. The sales rep never called me back. The other rep assigned to my project would not call me back. I had to sales just to get in contact with yet another rep who could not help me. I lost over $3,000 because of Fly Guy's illegitimate business practices on top of the $2,500 I paid them. I requested a refund and was willing to eat the $3,000 that I lost because of them. I received an email from a random rep, that never bothered to reach out to me before, only for him to say, "our website says we are NOT LICENSED." Then why did your sales rep say you were!? I can go on and on but this company is NOT a licensed land surveyor and will tell you anything to get a sale. See you in small claims!
