I was nervous about spending so much money on a few pieces of furniture but I couldn't be happier with the service and prices! I ordered a bedroom set and a dining set, however, I had to make a lot of customizations to both to suit my needs/tastes. My sales agent, Hannah, at the Juan Tabo store in Albuquerque, could NOT have been better! She was so knowledgeable about the furniture and craftsmen who would make the pieces for us. She happily walked me through all the customizing I wanted to do, which was a lot. She rapidly responded to emails I sent regarding delivery times and charges. I never felt abandoned once the order was made. Our delivery was made on time and the two delivery/set-up guys were also awesome! Brennan and Justin were professional, polite and took great care and time in getting everything set up and assembled correctly. I have NEVER had such an enjoyable experience in buying anything EVER! We already had some Amish Connection furniture my husband had gotten years ago, so we were familiar with the quality already. We recently ordered a cherry china cabinet and had it delivered to rural southwestern Colorado yesterday. It was a piece we'd seen in the brochures but not in the showroom. Our sales consultant, Jeanne, was extremely helpful in the selection and ordering process, and our delivery team of Brennin and Justin was great. They were very careful bringing the china cabinet into the house. They set everything up (top and bottom pieces, bracketed together) and polished and cleaned it well. They also went over the care instructions with us. The piece itself is beautiful, the wood, the lines, and the craftsmanship. We are delighted to have it in our dining room and extremely satisfied with the service we received both from Jeanne and from Brennin and Justin. read more

We have buying furniture at Amish Connection for many years now - master bedroom, guest bedroom, an office set. We just added a bench to help our aging dog get up on the bed. Lee Ann was terrific! I wanted to match the leather on the office chair - which we had bought a few years ago. Lee Ann was incredibly patient and kind - I was not an easy customer. She worked through the covid restrictions, answering my many texts and calls, got me leather samples safely and researched our old purchases to ensure the right wood and finish. Picked it up yesterday - everyone in masks, hand sanitizer and spare masks available, very comfortable!!! I love the gorgeous, sturdy bench as does our little Lizzie the heeler. The amazing craftsmanship of the furniture built by Amish craftsman is evident in every detail of the beautiful hutch I purchased from my knowledgeable sales consultant LeeAnn. When I ordered the hutch she was able to answer all my questions and give me useful advice for my order. The hutch was professionally delivered today by Justin and Brennin. Handling such a large and solid piece of furniture up a long flight of external stairs and through the house is not easy, especially at 7200 feet above sea level, but these two gentlemen made it look easy. Very rarely do you receive customer service as fabulous as we did while working with Leeann at The Amish Connection. The glider chair we had ordered didn't arrive with the correct stain. Although it was close, and I would have lived with it, Leeann said that they would order a new chair. I'm very happy she made that decision.
