The owner, Barbara is delightful and has lived in the area her whole life. She gets new items in all the time so it's worth it to pop in from time to time. If there is something special you're looking for, you can let her know and she will keep an eye out and call you when she has something for you. The name comes from the fact that the Warren Times office was actually where the fancier store is now. Originally she only had the thrift store and that was called Behind the Times.
