I was charged 93.28 to my card, may not be much to some but it was much for me. On 12/26, I called to make sure my order was correct and if I could get a receipt for my payment. The two girls who spoke to me on the phone, were terrible and treated me with total disrespect. I am 65 years old, and they were talking down to me like they were scolding a little child. Yelling at me, "we do this every day, the flowers will be where they're supposed to be on the day they're supposed to be there!!!" Her funky attitude was so much to the extent that I had to tell the girl on the phone to watch her tone with me. The other girl was in the background, "yeah, yeah" in that girl's support. I was a paying customer asking reasonable questions. What's wrong with these people? It appeared they wanted to argue and fight with me. Complete attitude adjustments are needed, and customer service etiquette is very much lacking for these girls. Not that I care, but you will be out of business if they treat customers like this. I will never order from Butchart again.

It's 2019 guys, your competitors are all doing this. They offer free curbside recycling which I really like and they stagger the pickup of recycling and regular trash. The price for service is pretty dang cheap and there are no additional charges for the cans. I have not actually received their services yet, however, I have heard great things from most of the folks we have talked to out there. I'll update this after a few months of service.
