I attempted to return the horrible sleeping mattresses and was told it was over 30 days and they did say they would exchange it for the same horrible mattress. No thanks! Horrible customer service and I would never purchase another item from them.

I paid that, he put the belt on and then proceeded to tell me that the bearings weren't too good either. I asked, what do you do forr that and he responded get a new washer. This was on a Thursday and on Saturday it broke again and I had to buy a new washer.I was obviously very upset because i felt that the technician knew that wasn't going to fix the washer and charged me anyways. I tried to call the shop on Monday. I left a message and they do not return my calls. I will never use them again.​ Update: Independent Appliance called me after seeing my review and they did apologize and refunded the parts and labor. I do appreciate their effort to make it right.

The customer service is great until they no longer need your money. I've paid off a brand new washer/dryer set and a stove with them and the minute I call them about my card still being charged for SOMETHING I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR (Aaron's club), I'm told I can be opted out of it but no refund is given since I "had to be the one to sign up for it" even though I could put it on my life that I did not. This is the second time they are adding this on without my permission but I'm made to be the liar. When I raise my voice to voice my frustrations, the lady on the phone hung up in my face because I apparently offended her fragile ego. When I called back, Ryan tells me she'd do it again if I continued to yell.
