When I walked into the Chico Brow Bar Stephanie consulted with me on the shape I was looking for ( which was mostly to enhance my natural shape). She mapped out the shape to make sure that everything was even and balanced and once we agreed on a shape Stephanie began the process. When I was able to check out my brows in the mirror I was blown away by how gorgeous and natural the looked. Stephanie is a true artist and this is clear in her line work. It is absolutely precise and clean while also looking completely organic. She is a true professional and her space reflects that. I can not recommend Stephanie enough. I originally thought I might just do this once but after seeing the results I know I won't be able to settle for anything but perfect brows at the hands of Stephanie;)

I've only had one other experience with soft wax, as most of my other Brazilian wax sessions have been with hard wax, and I've had no problem with the soft wax. Her studio is located in the Garden Walk shopping strip in downtown Chico. The wax room itself is cozy and nicely decorated, and she provides wipes for before and a hot towel for after the session. She also sells items in front, but I haven't looked into what they are. Contrary to what the Yelp description says, Carrie had 20ish years of waxing experience--so you'll be in very good hands if you make an appointment with her!
