I was shopping around for a space to conduct my business and have clients come in for consultations with ease. I spoke with Libby Marquis on the phone who initially persuaded me to come in and take a look for myself. Everything she explained to me through the phone was exactly how I pictured it and more! I was so impressed and most importantly HAPPY that I was able to get all the information given to me upon arrival. Unfortunately, the spaces available were a little too excessive for what I need at the moment, but as soon as there is one available with the right floor plan they will inform me. I received a follow up call about a week later, thanking me for looking and informing me that there might be a space available soon. Thank you so much, Libby! Great location! Great Manager!

I applied to Barrister as a front desk receptionist, I got an interview (I think it went well) and that was that. I had emailed Emma, asking about how long it could would take for me to potentially hear back about a second job, she replied to my email. No issues with that. When the time came, I emailed her asking for a follow up about where I stand in the hiring position. Keep in mind by this point I knew I didn't get the job, but I emailed Emma just as a virtual confirmation to know that I did not get the job. She never replied to my email! It has been weeks and she never replied. I eventually found out someone else was hired. I was upset BECAUSE my email was ignored. Not because I did not get the job, but because she had a week to reply to my email and tell me "I am sorry you did not get the job" or something similar to that, but no. She didn't even bother to reply with a simple sorry no or "sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I was in the dark about the job for a week. For A WEEK Miss. Emma did not reply. When she clearly had the time and chance to respond back with something. This really upset me because it just shows the lack of professionalism she has as well as the company has when it deals with communication; communicating with their workers, clients and potential hires. The lack of professionalism from that company is very evident. I'm glad I didn't get the job there, if they couldn't disclose with me the status of my application who knows what else they wouldn't tell me if I worked there.

They have provided excellent, professional, and friendly office staff to answer our telephones, greet our clients and visitors, receive and distribute our mail, and to receive and provide us with our packages that were delivered to us from delivery services. The manager who is assigned to our suite has been very responsive to our needs. Their office telephone system enables us to receive and respond to telephone messages 24 hours a day. If we are out of the office for a prolonged period of time, the Barrister's office staff can provide us with a daily written summary of our telephone messages for easy review. There are three conference rooms and one private office in the suite that can be reserved and used to meet with clients and visitors. The common areas of the Westlake Office building have recently been upgraded. They are well maintained and very professional in appearance. There is ample free parking for clients and visitors. Barrister's also has many other office locations throughout Southern California where their private offices and conference rooms can be reserved and used to conduct business at those locations. We are very pleased with the office space we rent from them. We highly recommend Barrister's Executive Suites for your office needs.

I've been a practicing lawyer for 13 years and I've worked at over a dozen different offices during that time, and I've never felt more at home as I have at my office in Westlake Village. The parking is free and plentiful, there is a master conference room that can accommodate any type of meeting or deposition, along with two other, smaller conference rooms, a kitchen with drinking water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, a large fridge, and vending machines, as well a copy room with two heavy-duty copier/scanners, including one that prints and scans in color. There are usually three receptionists on duty during business hours to answer the phones and greet clients and other visitors, and they're always extremely friendly and helpful. If I have ever had any special requests or issues with the office during the past seven years, I've always dealt directly with the Suite Manager, Ashley H., and she has not only always taken care of any of my special requests or issues, but she has been attentive, prompt, and always incredibly professional. She is definitely a major reason why I've always been satisfied with Barrister Executive Suites as my office and answering service provider!

And the neighboring tenants in the suites couldn't be more friendly and helpful. As a bonus, there is a wonderful family owned cafe downstairs that serves a variety of delicious, healthy, high quality meals every day (and good coffee!) If you need a workspace on the west side, I highly recommend Barrister in the 11500 Olympic Blvd. W building.

I locked my phone in the office my wallet in the office my keys in the office so I know that was bad so I went downstairs to talk to the management farmers insurance management or the security company. They did not have a key to get in they did not have a master key to get inside the office, which that was weird so they called the so-called manager of the Regus office. Her name is Yvonne. It was at 12 o'clock finally got through to her. She's the only one that has the key to get into the office and I asked her to come in even the security asked to come to open up the door, but she said she couldn't come for another three hours. I can understand that that's fine. She might've been out of town which would've been horrible but what gets me the most is that she said to me that she can't get there and I have to figure it out and this is management. I told her listen I'm a diabetic my medicine is in the office. I have to get to the office. She said well there's nothing I can do for you and no one has the master key of the thousand office in there so we hung up and then I called her back. I said listen I really need you to have the key. Does anybody else have the key in the office so I can get into my office she said no nobody has it. I'm the only one that has it. I said listen if you don't come, I'm going to have to spend the night here because I have no phone so I can Uber or make phone calls to people for them to come pick me up and then she said the soonest I can be there in about three hours so it was about 1130 12 o'clock I called her back and then she shows up at 2:45 and I understand that I messed up and I forgot the key and I wouldn't have done mine waiting, but what gets me the most is that she said you have to figure it out horrible horrible horrible service non-professional of course nobody wants to get stuck outside their office or like get locked out, but this is horrible the way she treats so just make sure you don't lose the key or you don't get stuck out of your office. It was very painful..
