I was clear with the lease agent that I do podcasting and need a quiet office. "We've never had a noise issue" I was told. I should have asked the neighbors, they would have attested to how loud it is. I couldn't get any of my core duties done. They charge excessive fees, will hold your deposit for 60 days when normal is 18 days in CAL. Bottom line it's an over priced space. I also got charged $200 for cleaning a tiny 10 x 10 office that was perfectly clean when I left. They charged me anyway because "they can, it's in your contract"! That's their attitude once you are bound by contract. Just don't judge this book by it's cover, it isn't what it seems at this Westlake Village Location. Nice entry, but once you are in you are stuck! As with most leasing agents they are all smiles and sound accommodating, but after the contract is inked, that all ends. There are better locations in town where you get a lot more, there's more flexibility, quieter and they aren't greedy like Premier was with me. Date of experience: December 30, 2022
