I would have had to come a 4th and 5th time if I didn't insist that I finish the procedure over the phone. Every time I call to report something else they did wrong, they tell me they'll call me back, and they never do. I've even called them back to tell them they forgot to call me back, and what was their reply?: "We'll call you right back." (They never did.) I have yet to receive a paycheck I earned 5 weeks ago. After countless unreturned calls and unanswered questions, they finally told me they could put a stop payment on the first check and send me a new one. Outraged, I demanded they deposit it electronically into my bank account. They said they'd call me back, and they did... 2 days later. They told me they have sent it to my account. This was yesterday, and I have still yet to receive any money from them. And it is Friday, so I will have to wait until Monday for them to mess up and tell me they'll call me right back again. This can't be legal. Avoid at all costs.

They emphasize following their process without explanation, just that it's the required next step. I initially followed as required, but then it just felt like they were not listening to my questions for clarity, just reiterating their steps. It just felt like they didn't give me credibility, just discomfort. :(

Santacruzjobs.com is the worst place to post a job. Also, this is not a locally owned business…read morealthough they make it seem like they are. Postings get very few responses compared to other, larger job posting sites. Any applicants you do get do not have to include a resume, work history, etc so to find out if they are qualified you have to contact the applicant. Sorry but I'm to busy for that. Applicants should post a resume so I can review applicants easier. This job site is a big waste of money for employers.
