The innkeepers are very professional, but the lady was very nosy and stood there talking more than I could with my guests over breakfast. She is oblivious to social cues. The breakfast was not good. The "special" waffles were just half of a homemade waffle with some tiny sausage patties. No eggs with it. The berry/yoghurt course is predictable and makes you have to keep clearing your throat for hours. The second day the breakfast was at least filling, but the scrambled eggs were all watery and the biscuits were the kind that come in a tube. Coffee was great though. For $125 a night it was a good value, but the food was really disappointing and the innkeeper lady was obviously into everyone's personal business, trying to mask it as graciousness. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I've ever had…read more I specifically called before booking to make sure the hot tub was open because that was the whole reason we chose this hotel. When we arrived, there was a sign saying it was out of order. The front desk insisted it was working and just turned on the jets--but the water was ice cold. We waited nearly two hours and it never warmed up enough to use. It was over 100° outside, and both the original room and the replacement room were unbearably hot. We were told they don't turn on the air conditioning until a room is rented, so it takes 5-6 hours for the room to cool down. That's an awful policy in the middle of summer. Then my son pulled out the sofa bed, and the mattress was covered in disgusting stains with no extra bedding. We switched rooms, only to find the second sofa bed mattress also had stains. To top it off, there was a Domino's pizza box left in the refrigerator from a previous guest, making it obvious the room hadn't even been properly cleaned. The entire stay was one disappointment after another. I can overlook a minor issue, but misleading guests about amenities, putting them in sweltering rooms, and failing to properly clean them is unacceptable. We won't be staying at this hotel--or likely this brand--again.

We kept the bathroom door closed to dampen the sound, but it was still noticeable. The carpets are old, the furniture is scuffed, the outlets don't all work, the coffee machine had a short in it, and the ceiling shows signs of water issues. This is the worst Hampton Inn building that I've been to. On the plus side, the staff were uniformly awesome and the breakfast person worked hard to keep everything fresh and hot. -- Bottom line, this staff works hard and deserves a better building to work in.

There was stuff on the walls the stove didn't work the microwave didn't work. Do not stay at this hotel if I could give it zero stars I would this is the worst place I've ever stayed.

This had a full frig, stove and dishes This was first hotel we did not have to make the sleeper sofa Thank god. The girl at check in was very sweet and even when the sleeper did not have pillows she took care of issue and got them! She explained to us about the shuttle and gave us a map to Bricktown. The Shuttle is a huge plus and saved a $20-30 for parking. King bed was comfortable and we slept fine, even my daughter who was on sleeper sofa was fine. Shower is a bit weird since there is no door and water sprays on floor. We did notice the baseboard carpet had some stains so we wore our shoes in room. We loved it had BB protectors which is a huge thing for us. Elevators were clean and working great Breakfast was not something for us with egg omelette, fried potatoes with peppers and onions, and sliced ham. Not our favorite. Only one elevator was working and it was incredibly slow. Wish I could say that the hallways and rooms smelled better, but they didn't. I checked out 2 nights early bc the smoke smell was so bad. And on top of that, people slamming doors and stomping on the floors in the room above me.

This company made me feel like an absolute princess during my wedding weekend. For my bachelorette party, we had the "Desire" Limo Party bus. It seats 20 people, perfect for our evening of bar hopping! Disco lighting and an LED light up "dancing pole" in the middle of the bus was a very nice touch for a bachelorette! We were able to bring our own booze for the beverage bar, and it was tons of fun. Upon leaving from my wedding venue, we were picked up by the same driver who took us to the Colcord. I had no idea we were leaving in a limo, so that was a great surprise, but then to be met by the same driver from my fun night just a few evenings before was a nice touch. The limo was top of the line, Chrysler 300 Stretch Limo and it was immaculate. They have tons of fun options from limos to party buses to double deckers, all the way up to a tour bus size bus. Though I wasn't paying for either of the trips (thanks, big brother!) he assured me it was not unreasonable for what you get. And I can certainly speak to the quality of the cars and the experience. If you're in the market for luxury transportation, I highly recommend Black Diamond.

This was for a trip from Duncan to OKC (1.5 hours). I called and talked to the owner. He said that they are able to fit 42 in that bus "all the time" but could send a new bus while the kids were at dinner. The 2nd bus was "bigger" -- 6 additional seats and DID NOT have AC for the 1.5 hours back to Duncan. Since then, no response from the company.
