So, this place is just behind Cookin' With Gas. The lady and I checked in for burgers on a wet Christchurch summer night ( BTW, 14 degrees and raining in July, wtf is that?!) and parked ourselves next to a heater. I went lamb and she went veggie, and both of us made it to outer space. Garlic mayo with the fries, prompt and friendly service, eftpos, and this place gets five out of five. Sort answer- go here. Long answer- this is a very laid back place. Cozy and a great spot for drinks, snacks, or dinner. Nerd vibe with all kinds of Star Wars and other decor but you don't need to be a nerd to enjoy this place. Tucked into a court yard with plenty of seating outside and a warm covered place in winter when I came. Dalek shells were great as were the fries. We had two of the burgers that were alright but the vibe and drinks certainly make up for them. Super friendly staff. Fun time. Check them out. Had some problems finding it because the address was wrong somewhere. It's about a block from Canterbury museum. read more
