I'm a flight attendant working for a well-known airline. The first day I moved in the unit the police came to my door banging and claiming that I was making a significant amount of noise. It was about 3 AM and I was asleep I had an early 6 AM report they interrupted my sleep. I was terrified. immediately after then the office continued with harassing Calls saying that I was making too much noise. Most of those times I was in a completely different country. I would respond with my work schedule, proving that I was out of state and in most cases out of the country, they also entered my apartment while I was away claiming that they had to check the status of my apartment for repairs mind you had just moved in and they knew very well I he condition of the apartment. I felt completely violated. I think it was their way to get my money and drive me away. I was quiet, professional, and always paid on time. if you live near the Atlanta international airport and want a quiet professional place to live look somewhere else. Terrible experience from the first day we moved in. Our AC didn't work for 3 months and when it did work it was only for a day or two. The laundry machines are awful and either don't dry your clothes completely or the washers themselves leave your clothes drenched. Front office, useless we have to email our concerns only for them to e neglected. Currently we have a very nice infestation of bugs. Started over the weekend and they are swarming everywhere in our apartment. According to the front office this is happening to all of the apartments, not sure if it's true but if it is then that just shows how "well" they maintain pest control. The pool is either open for a day or two or just closed completely. This is by far the WORST apartment complex I've ever resided at. I strongly advise looking somewhere else to stay. read more

Let me start by saying I'm a kind, quiet neighbor, never have had issues with my lovely apartment for the past 2.5 years. I came home after work to find my bathroom, part of my closet and part of my living room flooded with water. After laying out countless towels and trying all my appliances to see if the issue was within my unit, I discovered it was coming from the hvac closet; not mine, but the pour off from my upstairs neighbor. I've filed repairs with this unit issue before, that's how I know where the water is seeping from. You guys have a lovely complex. When service tickets are filed, please follow all the way through so you don't have to lose another good tenant. read more

I lived here for 1 year. When I first moved in there was a completely different management team. I liked the location because my children go to school in south at Atlanta. Upon moving in the unit was filthy. They apologized and cleaned it but I still had to go back and clean it. They told me renovations would be in a month and they came 6 months later and they never gave me stainless steel appliances. They said I would have to pay extra however they did not say that upon moving in and because I was already in the unit they never painted it for me. They had a roach and ant infestation many months and they sprayed without my knowledge or consent. The walls are paper thin so my neighbor would keep us up with loud music. Marijuana smoke could be smelt at times in common areas. Which is not a big deal to me. But my children lived with me. So it wasn't the best environment. Alarms for the apartments malfunctioned and kept me up all night one night. I called maintenance and they told me to tear it from wall when that didn't work I had to cut power to my kitchen area until he came in the next morning. Lastly the manager Nancy was nice but there is a heavier set white woman who works there I forgot her name I believe she is the assistant she was rude and poorly equipped for the job she had no customer service skills and made the residents feel like prisoners not paying tenants. She was doing a showing one day and I had just had surgery and I forgot to take in my trash can from getting out of the hospital and she banged on my door like the damn FBI was trying to do a raid. I was so scared and I opened the door and I told her I have a 1 year old and I just had surgery and to have some respect. Also one day I was playing outside the courtyard with my daughter she yelled at me from the balcony telling me no pets in the courtyard. I was furious and said this is a child!!! until I realized she was referring to my neighbors miniature dog. Which she clearly thought was mine. Hence the new $350 pet fee she assessed as I was leaving and getting my deposit back. I had a full blown meltdown in the office and Nancy refunded me. I was literally going to take them to court. Pros: pool area, roof top, amenities, location, bath tubs, Nancy was polite and professional, beautiful common areas minus hallways Cons: staff member who is a white lady middle aged heavier set assistant (I believe) was unprofessional and made tenants feel like prisoners, pest problem, overly high rent, lots of break ins in the parking lot, nails in tires, emblems removed off cars, windows smashed, paper thin walls, very dirty hallways, hidden fees in rent. I would add $70-$170 a month for hidden fees and water. Your rent quote. Is not a true estimate of how much you will be paying, call box never worked you have to meet your guests at the door. read more

This place is awesome! From maintenance all the way up to mgmt. I've been here for a year now and I love it. The staff makes or breaks a place like this and the staff here made it for me. I enjoyed everything like how clean they kept this place, how courteous and nice everyone was to me. I always felt at home. I guess I have to mention the apt, it was just as awesome. Close to everything I need, the airport, downtown, midtown and really nice restaurants like Spondivits and Malone's. The nice pool and fitness center. I have lived at this location for almost 4 years now and the conditions have progressively become worse while the rates do nothing but increase. This is truly one of the most over-priced, problem-ridden apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The only benefit to this community is if you work at or near the airport..the only benefit. They are charging resort level rates for conditions that should have the rent amounts 20-30 percent lower..lease if you will but you will quickly see why my comments are accurate. read more

Hello everyone I'm here to make another post from my previous one. I know when living at an apartment you will have problems but being here it's problems back to back. Let me start with maintenance and brandy is really good but we had gotten a new manager here 3-4 times since we been here. We been here since 2021 and never had to worry about when we can do anything in our own apartment. If you are living in apartment you should be able to be ok with noisemakers and more. Why I say that is I have two kids and of course they will cry or scream etc but obviously my babies can't make noise living here is basically living on eggshells. You can't even walk freely in your own apartment without getting a noise complaint. You will have a neighbor that will walk hard, fight ,yell or even have parties but you don't see me walking around and telling the office because I know what I choose to live at. If you don't like neighbors that make noise go live at an town home or house. As of today we still don't have a proper light in the hallway actually it look like you walking in a horror movie it's blinking lights as you walk down it has been month for us waiting for better light in the hall ways. Then can't make they mind up to put the trash in a trash can or leave it on the mat. You can't even enjoy your own music in you home freely. Any noise happening you get a noise complaint. Now you can't make noise pass 6am-10pm after 10 pm basically you have to shut up in YOUR OWN HOUSE YOU PAY RENT FOR !!!!! Living here it was good at first but now it's just to much going on for you to just worry about who making noise upstairs or next door. If you come live here good luck. Where do I start! These apartments have many many issues! The rent is to high for how they take care of the property. The elevators are always broke, a lot of doors in the garage are broken so you don't even have to use your key fob to open them up & since the gates are often broken as well it makes it easy for anyone to walk off the street & enter the building. I have been living here almost 3 years & they have been saying they have been waiting on parts for almost the whole time. As a matter of fact just got a email not to long ago saying there waiting on parts AGAIN!! The walls & floors looks like we are living in a ran down building. Oh & the fire alarm goes off very often, sometimes in the middle of the night or very early in the morning. I sent an email to the rental staff only to be ignored. I will say, it is a great location, it's just not worth the money. I do not like moving but this will probably be last year living here. read more

The complex gate malfunctioned and hit my car as I was driving to enter the garage, this resulted in the car receiving deep scratches to the metal and the complex manager (Nancy Gonzalez) will not pay for damages even after the video shows the gate malfunctioning, do not rent here! read more

I'm probably being too generous with 3 stars, but the convenience for me (frequent traveler) and the size of the apartments definitely are the reasons I moved in- and those are great! However, living here has been one headache after another. The rent is entirely too high for this place to be so unkempt. Why is there always a washing machine broken? There's only 4 for the whole building, so when one is broken we all suffer! Why are we paying $25 for a trash valet service that isn't even convenient for working hours? Why are there no chairs or lights on the observation deck? Why are the hallways all banged up and dirty? They look like the inside of a prison. I almost never get my package notifications on time, they haven't responded to my email with suggestions, oh but they've had time and money to put up fall decorations and a new lock box for packages (I'm actually pretty excited about this feature... Let's jus see if it works right)! Let me continue.... the garage gates are constantly broken, and the call box does not seem to be dialing any numbers anymore. Two of us tried to call our phones the other day and they didn't even ring. My friend moved in a month ago and she still hasn't gotten her phone number added. Oh I almost forgot- the laundry room card machine was out of cards for at least 2 months. It may still be out, I'm not sure because I haven't tried to buy a new one recently, but my roommate tried to money on hers and the machine was basically out of service, so she had to carry 3 loads of soaking wet clothes back to our apartment and hang them around the place. This is absurd! Only move here if you travel a lot and just need to be close by. Otherwise it is seriously not worth it. read more

Ended up renting a unit in March 2020' with Brandi (Assistant site manager). So move in day, my wife, two kids and I make the 12 hour drive to Atlanta, GA arrive at the apartment complex gates, wave our FOB in front of the reader and.........nothing. Okay we try again,, still nothing... My wife pulls out the second FOB, luckily they gave us two right... WRONG, both FOBs are not working. So at about 11pm, stuck outside of the parking garage with two little ones in the car and no way to get the vehicle into the parking deck.. To a hotel we go.. Next day we meet up explain that the FOBs were dead and I had to overnight in a hotel, no response other than sorry.. They give us two replacement FOBs that are cards (obviously used cards one of them had a hole punched out in the top right) one works,, guess what the other DEAD. Never bothered to replace the card that wasn't working because I would have lost my cool. Fast forward to two weeks later, with COVID and all that was going on our offices/campus closed and work from home became the new reality. I still had my home in another state and figured the family and I would head back (two kids in an apartment during lock-down, not a good thing..) Knowing that we wouldn't be staying there for the duration of the lease, I proactively called and asked if they were doing anything for early lease exits, etc., Short answer, nothing - you can follow the early lease exit paperwork in the contract. I was okay with it and continued to pay for a unit that was vacant. So comes to move out time, being that I've left the apartment many months prior to my move-out date. I left 1 key fob and both keys in the unit, the only thing I had was one key fob (in the event i needed to go back in for mail etc.,) I attempted to mail the key fob back twice via USPS and both times this was returned. Finally called the office and spoke to a gentlemen who told me to change the city to Hapeville and try again. Opted to deliver via FED-EX (during the Oct/Nov time frame and all the BS with the USPS). So a few days later and after I verify with FED-EX tracking the new final bill arrives, wife gets it in her email and pays it to avoid any late/collection fees, etc. It's now Jan 2021' she gets a nice pretty DING on her credit report from RENT RECOVERY SYSTEMS for the amount of the final bill. So we go through the process of reviewing and submitting a dispute, but notice that the 50$ FOB bill was never removed. So.... I call Brandi (My friend who was so quick to take my deposit and all that good stuff back in March, but not take any responsibility for the broken FOBS they keep handing out). She tells me, "I am sorry - but our final bills are issued 3 days after move-out." which isn't accurate, but whatever. I ask about the refund she tells me sorry money is gone, nothing she can do to get me a refund. So... Bottom line, you do everything as they requested .... pay ontime and what they ask, return their equipment etc., and still get stuck with a negative credit hit + 50$ overage.. These folks definitely charge for EVERY SINGLE LITTLE THING + MORE. If you are renting from them be, clear and upfront from the beginning. Don't let them nickel and dime you. To the management team,,, please don't bother to respond unless it has to do with a refund.. read more

Zero stars!! Trash apartments. Expect a monthly increase of about 20 percent. Unresponsive office, bugs all over the property it looks good on the outside NASTY on the inside. The halls smell like weed and trash. Take the stairs the elevator might break down on you. Loud music from neighbors and stomping and dropping things all day. The pool is never open, gates are usually broken and when they do work cars still tail u behind. Cars flying thru the garage please watch ur kids do not let them run around! No security cameras but since it's located by the police dept its cool right. Nope car break ins but that's regular Atlanta so I guess I can't blame them. Maintenance is good but I think they only have 3 ppl for the whole building. Do not be fooled by the outside this a dump! Save ur money $ my neighbor told me they had to leave a review to get a response so here I go! These are far from luxury!!! The location is the only positive but don't worry about the plane noise it's not an issue but be prepared for ur neighbors to stomp all day slam doors cabinets. Ppl leave trash all over if this complex was on the next exit up(Cleveland ave) it would be section 8!!!!!!!! read more

I have given this community 3 years to hopefully get better..needless to say it has not. They are over priced for what you get and will nickel and dime you to death. Want to hear everything your neighboring unit says even during normal conversation levels? This is the place..no sound insulation between units when they built this place. Want smell cigarette and weed smoke in the hallways even though this place is supposed to be 100% smoke free? This is your place. Now..they have implemented a divisional method of water bill charging..you are no longer billed for what YOU just use..you are billed as an average of the entire complex usage of water..the total is divided among all residents. Meaning..as an example..if you went on vacation for an entire month and no one was in your unit using water..guess what you would have waiting on you next rent due? Yep..a water bill based upon the usage among all residents..welcome to socialism..stay away from this place. read more
