This review is for Chris Kim. I called on him back in October 2022 when my tenant decided to stop paying rent. (Non COVID related) Chris helped me get the eviction process started. And this was during a time where there was the Covid moratorium in LA County. Chris explained there was very little we can do to legally get my tenant out since evictions in LA were paused. But he said he will do his best to negotiate with the tenant, and to come to a resolution and try and get him to move out before we actually file for eviction in February 2023. The process was a nailbiter for sure. But Chris was diligent in his follow ups and was very responsive. He called me at least once a week with an update on my case.
