It was 12.30 when my sister and I walk in to My Salon so she can have hair colour and hair cut. The assistant lady told us that 2 o'clock is the only available time. So we agreed and as we were looking around I can only 2 staff member who made us wait to served us or at least acknowledge us. We came for our appointment at 2pm Thursday 19 of May. We are very disappointed at the service and was at the salon for 3 hours as I only have very short hair. We decided to leave without a haircut even though I had my hair coloured. We complaint about the service and there's only one lady who cuts hair. If they are short staff they should have told us in the beginning we walk in the My Salon . No they Just want to take more customers in and take our money without good service. I can understand that short staff can happen anywhere but at least let us know if you're short staff and we could have gone else where. I'm discusted with the service. . read more

Arrived at 11:45. Sat there for 40 minutes until I even got a cape put on me. Sat there with root dye for over the time it should have. 2hours later it was finally rinsed. Had shampoo in my eyes, the hairdresser complained and made faces cause she had to breathe the dye chemicals. Made me super uncomfortable. After a full brown colour took just over two hours I decided to leave. The hairdresser handed me a towel to dry my own hair. Still charged me $45. This salon was terrible. I went on to get a balayage which was half the head of foils. It turned my hair orange even after they had used the toner and made my hair go dry. After a total of 3 rounds of trying to dye my hair that went for 7 hours, they forgot the toner in the end. Finally, when drying my hair burnt my scalp and I suffered with major hair loss even years after coming. If you want your hair to stay healthy, I urge you to go to a different hairdresser. read more

My little sister went here to get her hair done for her formal at an affordable price, she needed a full head of foils and a cut which took 4 hours, after they had finished she mentioned it was the wrong colour and they told her it would fade, it has been a week and it is still the same black to blonde balayage not the honey brown with lighter streaks she asked for and the cut is uneven as they completely straightened her naturally wavy hair to cut it! She went back and politely asked if there was anything they could do and they said no..... p.s my sister cried when she came home from the appointment as she had used her own money to pay for the hair and it wasn't what she wanted so least to say we are very unhappy. read more

I went to my salon to get highlights. The team was too busy chatting amongst themselves and they were taking their sweet time. The hairdresser called Tiana has burnt my skull with the toner, I had to get it washed earlier. They have not even washed my hair properly leaving hair dye around my ear. I now have blisters on my head with greenish yellow highlights. Worst hairdresser experience I ever had in my life. read more

Went in for a full colour and was sincerely disappointed. I have a fair bit of staining on my face which wasn't addressed. I picked a colour that was a dark blonde and now my hair colour is almost black. When I stated that it was darker than what I wanted, the 'hair dresser' stated that it always looks darker in the lights. Complete waste of money and time. Very unprofessional establishment.
