At that time, I was informed I would need to pay an additional $50 due to having an "oversize vehicle." I wasn't happy about the added charge for a standard SUV, but begrudgingly paid it. When I picked up my vehicle, It was getting dark, and I gave everything a quick once over before leaving. The tires were shiny, the exterior was clean, the windows were clean, and the inside smelled strongly of carpet shampooing. It all looked OK at a quick glance. The next day, when I got to see the car in the light, I realized no interior detailing had been done. Everything had only been given a very quick once over. My floor mats were moved to my trunk, and were not cleaned at all. None of the vents, cup holders, storage, trim, etc were touched. The dust and grime I was hoping to see gone from the detail was all still there. Glad I didn't pay full price, because I would not recommend this place. I got the sense they are not very happy about issuing the Groupons, and the service reflected that.

They are MIRACLE WORKERS!!!! I recently had them detail my wife's Sienna XLE minivan. Came out so gorgeous I could hardly believe it. He even fixed scratches from a sideswipe awhile ago to where it' was hardly noticeable. I was so Impressed I had to bring in my Acura as well. Love that feeling of driving a pristine , super clean vehicle! If I wanted to sell a car, a trip to Ray's at Clinic probably adds several times the cost of the detailing to the value of the vehicle. Allstate is my insurance company of which I had to file the claim on my own policy for an uninsured driver. As if that wasn't bad enough, 2 months of 'working' on literally making it function worse than it went in as, after having it back for 8 months now... I'm still dealing with the extreme lack of common sense, integrity and ACCURACY of their work. They left my bmw for months in the rain when it was t-boned(and very obviously exposed interior could be seen from the outside of the car) that when I got it back, not only did it smell like a dirty foot, the headliner and carpet was so saturated which molded so bad.. it corroded the pedal position sensor to the extent that literally on my way home after FINALLY picking it up, it DIED on the on ramp to the highway. Of course after going and talking to them the next day, they don't know me other than being a female and assuming I'm an airhead and proceed to blame the alternator/battery which after I have been a mechanic and know when that's the case, i let them think I believe their load of crap they are trying to get out of being responsible for and let it go until my inspection results. Nearly $7000 of damage was necessary to replace due to the compromised integrity of the interior. New headliner. Carpet. Pedal position sensor(hilariously no battery or alternator was needed) which thankfully clay, the GM of baron, agreed to the bmw service center fix and replace these issues. If I had an enemy, I'd tell them to take their wrecked car to this place. I write this as I'm irritatingly setting my alarm to wake up early to get another loaner as my car is still having significant electrical issues, ironically ONLY on the side they 'touched'. I can't say the collision center fixed it... I wish I left it as it was when it was hit. It didn't die. My headlights worked, and my insurance company wouldn't have to do extra leg work for what they've found to be mislead or falsified 'line items'(parts they said that were replaced or needed to be replaced which did not. Like my two wheels that they replaced(they are the same ones that came with the car off the assembly line-however they charged my insurance for two new ones- yes the 'advisors' are commission based) amongst many other things. Daniel strain also promised to have this issue fixed in December and sincerely apologized while asking I take down my review. Which I was a fool and 1) believed he would make it right and 2) taking it down. He's impossible to get ahold of. When u can talk to him, be prepared to feel like you're more of an inconvenience than the person at the dmv will make u feel, and by far the most questionable ethics when it comes to his professionalism. If you like your car to run and be treated like trash... come here. They'll even make the inside smell like it for free too! $10,000 regret.

We've been working with them and their insurance since and Jay Wolfe was on the list of approved body shops for their insurance company. Previously I'd worked with one other body shop in the metro and I felt that whole process to be a bit confusing and difficult to maneuver as someone that doesn't often find myself in the situation of needing body work done on a car. Because of that I'd kind of been dragging my feet thinking it would take a lot of time and energy on my end to get this all fixed. Turns out I was pretty wrong on that end. I filled out the form on the Jay Wolfe website and within around 10-15 minutes they gave me a call and walked me through the whole process, reassuring me there would be very little I'd have to do in terms of connecting with insurance from this point. I was able to come in for a consult just a few days later, they were expecting me. The person I worked with took photos, gathered the claim number and took it from there. I had a rental call scheduled by the end of the day for body work to begin the following week. They did tell me it will take a few weeks on the repair, so I'll update this review if things change, but so far I've been impressed with how they've handled things.
