Don't ever bring a car here - Caliber caused over $1,600 worth of damage to my car that was brought…read morein for hail damage: I brought my car in for hail damage in April 2026. During the estimate, I was told it would take 2 weeks for the repairs. Each week I would receive a text with a delayed completion date with no communication about what caused the delay. Every time, I would have to call and ask the technician why my car was not ready when they said it would be. During this process, Caliber shattered my windshield and had to replace this, damaging original parts on my car and delaying my car's return. When I finally picked up my car (6 weeks later), we noticed damage done to the car. The technicians burned holes into my back seats, lost headliner clips and windshield clips that all had to be replaced. The car had to stay at Caliber another two weeks for these damage repairs. The manager promised to keep me updated and instead ended up letting the car sit there for a full week without knowing its status or notifying me. After picking it up, we noticed more damage. There was rattling in the trunk, the windshield wiper fluid wasn't working at all, the headlights were not aligned, and we were still missing original car parts. We take it back again to the shop, where the shop manager notified me that they "hadn't worked on the front of my car." I showed him his receipt that showed they removed my front bumper and he finally made the necessary repairs. The worst part: I'm driving around in August (four months later!) and notice that my AC is no longer working. I take it to a mechanic who pulled an entire PRYBAR out of the engine space of my car. Caliber in all of their glorious negligence, left a prybar in the engine space in my car that resulted in a gashed AC line and $1,600 worth of outstanding damage. The manager rudely responded and said "we did not work on that part of the car, we will not cover this." Their regional manager admitted fault and will no longer respond. Look at the pictures and see for yourself what could happen if you do business with this place. I've called the corporate office with no success and already reached out to this blackhole of an inbox they suggest with no response there either (communitymanager@calibercollision.com)
