Well I left at about 12 minutes AFTER ten because they hadnt opened yet. A car or 2 behind me left as well. Drove back by a short time later, they finally opened. Whatever the business is, at least open and close like your sign says. You open at 10? Then open at 10. Not 10:14 or whatever time you want. You close at 5? That's cool too but tell people you're closing early. You've lost a long time customer today because of those 2 incidents.
