They were extremely easy to work with in the phone and did well to be on time and gave me 1 1/2 hour notice before arriving on the day of pick up. She is a font of ideas and suggestions, and if you bring photos of your garden and house she is more than willing to get you going. This is about as non-corporate as it gets, and the selection is way more diverse than the big box stores. The shrubs are grown and tended with care, and are guaranteed healthy--you can replace anything that doesn't survive. If you want great service with a personal touch, you can't go wrong here. I talked to Schneidler Glass and they said they could keep the current frame and just replace the glass. They ordered the glass which took a week to come in and then replaced it. I dropped it off at lunch and they dropped off the fixed frame at my office since I couldn't get back to pick it up and it was supposed to rain. The cost was $112 when everyone else who wanted to replaced the whole thing was saying $200 or more. Simply put, bigger is not always better and I will not hesitate to use Schneidler Glass again if needed.
