I did not end up getting service here. Not sure what to make of this place. They say they charge $45 but don't take insurance but take walk-ins. Ok. Great. I have Medicare so I'll pay out of pocket because I need an adjustment ASAP. No one was there even though supposedly someone was scheduled to be there. Ok.... I came back later and someone was there but then they gave me some song and dance about reporting to Medicare. So either they do or don't deal with insurance. It's not clear and I am not about to deal with this ambiguity. read more

I have had this discomfort between my shoulder blades for well over 6 months. It is always there. I thought a massage would help. I did that a few times and though I believe massages are good for you, it wasn't helping with the problem. I decided to try a chiropractor today. If you have ever seen one of those TikTok videos that have people getting adjusted and start laughing...yep, that was me today I already feel WAY better, an improved range of motion, my hands come down towards my sides better, and that discomfort isn't nearly as bad. Dr Komal Khattak was fantastic. She took the time to examine me, she immediately identified my trouble areas (some I knew, some I didn't know), as we went through the adjustments she took the time to explain things to me, and was super pleasant to work with. I've been seeing a chiropractor off and on for about 20 years due to a bad car accident. I've see some chiropractors over the years that I felt were very good but this was by far the best initial visit I've ever had. When you first walk into the office you're greeted by aroma therapy, and you get to enjoy a full body massage chair while you wait. I was then greeted by Dr. Komal Khattak, who took the time to assess my full range of motion to determine areas that need work. I have been seeing the chiropractors at The Back Space for almost a month now. All the chiropractors have been wonderful but I have been primarily working with Dr. Khattak since her hours mesh best with mine and I like working with a woman. First of all, I have never been happier with a service in my entire life and I highly HIGHLY recommend anyone with chiropractic needs to go visit The-Back Space. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor in my entire life so I was very nervous, particularly about having my head/neck adjusted. Dr. Beau sat down with me prior to my first visit, listened to my concerns, explained everything, and made me feel very educated/comfortable prior to my first adjustment. The space is beautiful as well and the massage beds/chairs also feel amazing. I also appreciate how Dr. Beau explains everything prior to performing the adjustment and describes what is going to happen/what its going to feel like.
