During the two winters, my wife would complain that it was colder than normal when she sits next to the window, but I just mistook that as normal as she is sitting next to huge windows. Well, few days ago, with the huge storm we got hit, we had water coming through the glass that this company has installed. Water was pouring in through the gaps. Well this explain my wife complain the colder air coming through. It doesn't seem the company sealed the glass very well when installing. It is amazing that Martin Glass after I emailed them told me that this is normal. This is the response I got from Martin Glass; "The water filtration is unlikely to be caused by glass installation. Big rain storms with driving rain can cause minor water filtration." This wasn't minor water filtration, this was me wiping the water and it would come in right away, and there is no way that any air or water coming in through the glass is normal. This is not through the glass but through the outside the structure that the glass sits in. I do have a video but posting it here is not possible. Check the google review.

The crews were extremely professional from start to finish; friendly and knowledgeable in letting us know what to expect each day, diligent in their work, mindful in maneuvering around our home, and left no mess whatsoever. The job was well done. There were however, some big surprises: tints on the glass we didn't expect, and the wrong color combinations on most of the job. We admit we did not scrutinize the contract but the verbal discussions seemed clear (I guess not). I called the salesman and he never got back to me. I talked to the crew and they fixed the one major mistake we could not live with, with sympathy and speed. The rest we decided to just accept, but that means not recommending this place to others.
