Came to my house to measure for a door, then never called back and refused to return my calls. Weirdest thing I've ever experienced.

The crew just finished our house - 11 windows replaced. Crew was friendly, responsible, and easy to work with! Highly recommended.

Extra things come up on the job, like broken gutters and the installation of a bathroom rooftop exhaust fan. Only $800 for the 5 different extras. The boss and owner. Benjamin Mancillas was wonderful to work with!!! On-time and very polite on my exhaustive questions about the job Excellent warranty on their work. They showed up yesterday and did the whole job in one day, and it was beautifully done. Very, very good cleanup!! I mowed the lawn today and did not see, one rooftop piece or roof nail. I am very, very happy with the work!! Thanks everyone for your help, I thought you might find it interesting, the final result. Frank and Sheila 5117 Comanche Way

I had other inquiries regarding related issues and he helped me identify other work that should be done in conjunction with a roof replacement. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.

I had looked at the door, having taken framing courses, and knew it wasn't going to straight forward to remove the trim. I told the tech that and also said I hoped to replace the door with a new one soon that was energy efficient. Because I said that, they agreed to do my door as these 75yo doors can take cosmetic damage to remove the pane. Again, the glazer arrived on time. The end result, which he was proud of, was a tiny hole and a tiny crack ( easily filled with wood caulk if I cared). It was great! He was done quickly and I can't thank them more. Likewise with my SIL. But hey, cardboard and duct tape was more energy efficient during those really frigid days!

Please accept my sincere apology. You are heard and believed." That was all I was after. I am leaving the review up because the visit happened, and I am adding this because the ownership answered and is doing something about it. --- Unfortunately, I can't leave 0 stars. My partner dropped off four window screens to be rescreened. On the first visit, the woman at the counter noticed the tension springs were missing from most of them and asked Sam, the manager, what to do. His answer was "well, if she's accurate, then we need to order some more, and it'll be a week." I hadn't been doubted about anything yet, and I was already being doubted. Two weeks passed with no contact, so I called and drove over. Sam told me they had texted and called. I received neither. The only reason I was standing there is that I called them. He then told me I had brought in three screens, not four. I told him it was four. He would not go look again. He told me I was trespassing, told me to leave, and said he was calling the police, and he started dialing. He stood there dialing for four or five minutes and never completed a call. While he was pretending to dial, I told him how it looked from where I was standing: he had decided I was wrong because I'm a woman, and he was keeping my property over it. He went back to pretending to dial. I finally asked the woman at the counter if she would please check one more time. She went back, said "oh, hold on," and my fourth screen was exactly where it should have been. The three large ones had been grouped together and the small one set off by itself. Their own filing was the whole mystery. I left with all four screens and no apology. The one star is not for her. She was the only person in that building who was willing to go look. A busy counter miscounts sometimes. That is not what this review is about. This is about a manager who would rather accuse a paying customer of lying, and fake-dial the police for five minutes, than ask his own employee to look one more time. If you use this shop anyway, photograph what you drop off with the full count in the frame, label each piece, and get the count written on your ticket.

He was very knowledgeable about the different roofing products and recommended a terrific solution at a fair price. I really appreciated the walkthrough, especially when he went into my attic and discovered a leak that I wasn't aware of. I also had the opportunity to work with Ricky, who helped me on the day the project started. He called ahead of time, was very professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. The crew worked from sunrise to sunset and completed my entire roof in just one day. When I'm ready to replace my windows, I'll definitely be reaching out to Jon and Ricky again. They are friendly, professional, and truly local. Be careful of storm chasers. I had more than four roofing companies knock on my door after the storms. Ask where they live and work. Infinity Exteriors has a local office staffed by people who live and work in the community. That gave me confidence, and I will continue recommending them to my neighbors.

They failed to install kick plate at back door, and failed to install master blocks around one electrical outlet and doorbell (so cannot use). Kick plate was later installed, but not master blocks, even though they have sent people out several times (and once told me it had been done--I was sick and unable to check). The worst thing is that the color is not as shown on the manufacturer's website ( Cedar Knolls, "Cactus"). It is grey, not green. It also does not match the mock-up Infinity sent me via email so I could see what it looked like on my house. They did not have a siding sample on their wall when I went to pay my deposit (they had lots of others). The house looks terrible. They have sent different people out to look at the color on at least 4 occasions. They say it doesn't matter what the color looks like on the website or mock-up, the one the put on is called 'Cactus'. Today they came out and then called to tell me they were going to put a Lien on the house if I didn't pay the balance--and the job is not even finished! My husband and I are both vets and disabled and in our 70s (one of their big selling points was they "love" veterans). They told me Norandex would take $500 off the balance, or put up some kind of contrasting color on part of the front of the house--I can't even imagine how awful that would look! All I want is the green shown on the website and in the mock-up. This was a very expensive project for us. $500 would not make up for ruining the exterior of our house. EDIT: As soon as this Yelp review posted, ai got a phone call from Infinity saying a man 2ould be out right away to installl the blocks on the back wall and the doorbell. He installed only the block on the back wall. I have posted labeled photos from the Norandex website, the mock-up, and the actual siding. As I said, zi asked to see a sample of the siding when I dropped off my deposit, but they said they did not have one We had gotten 5 estimates and I had looked at dozen of swatches. No one be expected to keep them all straight. As to seeing it in different conditions, over the course of their several visits they saw it in sun and shadow. As to Norandex's offer of the batten stuff, I was never shown an example of even what that is, but i only want horizontal siding, as I ordered. I am not opposed to paying for satisfactory work, but we have not reached that stage yet. I am just very sick of being jerked around by them. If they or Norandex came up with a reasonable offer, I would consider it. $500 off a major project is a joke. Our house has depreciated more than that due to the horrible siding color. At the very least, both companies misrepresented the colors they are selling. Most companies want to do right by their customers because it takes at least 3 new customers to make up for one lost one.

My spouse and I scheduled a consultation and while the sales rep who came was moderately pushy, we ultimately decided to purchase six new windows. I had to reschedule once due to my spouse having Covid, additionally the instillation needed to be rescheduled again due to an inclement snowstorm, and the installers feeling unsafe (which I was fully supportive of, I did not want anyone getting hurt). The problem lies with communication. Our sales rep was supposed to be our "point of contact", however he has been extremely unhelpful, even going as far as reading and choosing to not reply to messages that were sent about the weather on the 2nd installation date; I tried to inform the sales rep it was unsafe for the installers to come due to a recent snow storm, and yet they showed up anyway - which was not their fault, they had not been informed. Additionally we have vaulted ceilings, which would typically not be a problem for instillation, if the proper pictures were taken and sent to the installers. Our sales rep did not take appropriate pictures, and did not send a proper description of the project to the installers, so they were unaware they needed a lift to access the windows. Currently the windows are being installed, and lo-andbehold the installers come without a lift saying they were unaware a lift was needed - which is not their fault, it should have been communicated to them... If you like good windows at a decent price, but don't mind poor communication, this is the company for you. *I will say the customer service over the phone has been great and the installers have been nothing but friendly - but I did have to shampoo the rugs after they left.

The trim piece under our picture window is 8 feet long and it is just held there by chalk. It broke loose once and they came and recaulked it in place. Now it is falling off again, allowing water to get behind our siding. Called 2 months ago, then called 2 more times to get a call back. They finally called and said for $200 they would recaulk it in place. It is to long and heavy for caulk to hold it. When the wind is out of the south our curtains move. You can tell there is no insulation in there. The traffic noise is very loud compared to our old windows. Bottom line is Bad Company with cheap quality products and piss poor service!!!!!

So finally in 2021, we called Window World. Preston came out and was so knowledgeable about all the window options for us. We were replacing five windows with eight new ones due to the old ones being picture windows that didn't open. He listened to our opinions and what we wanted the finished product to look like. It did take about 12 weeks for the windows to come in, but they were very efficient with scheduling once they did. They finished all of those windows in ONE DAY. They had a large crew and just divided and conquered. My reason for taking a star away was just some housekeeping things. We found screws in our driveway and luckily I found them before my husband came home or he would've driven right over them. And just trash throughout the area. We also had to patch just a couple of areas where they expanding foam didn't finish expanding, but that's not their fault. Overall they saved us at least $3-$4,000, so we would absolutely work with them again on future projects.
