I spent $720 dollars on Trans-cranial Magnetic Stimulation in the summer of 2023, it didn't work and it was obvious the previous office had given up. Switching to her was a good decision. The front office is nice friendly. I've never felt rushed in an appointment, she listens, and most importantly notices nuanced details like changes in mood even how much mental state can be measured by the state of my beard. She is good at remembering you and what's happening in your life so you don't have to keep explaining something every appointment. She also understands that you can't medicate an issue away and takes a look at the big picture. Not just, "you are diagnosed with _____. Take these pills and come back in three months." She looks at the whole person and big picture, she correctly and directly told me, "I can't out medicate you pushing yourself this hard," and gave me ideas on how to stop putting so much pressure on myself. Also big bonus, her appointments are on time. Never once have I been waiting past the agreed time. I'm a big fan of her punctuality. I do in person because I prefer that but does offer tele-health after you do your initial appointment. Most importantly, when a pharmacy or insurance has an issue with a medication (out of stock or won't cover) it is resolved fast. Most times the same day. I recommend her to my friends and coworkers, I even recommend her to my barber. She's kind, approachable, funny, and good at her job.

But the difference in care is so drastic! I was floored at the kindness, attention to me and not the clock. Everyone is a part of your team cheering you on to the next goal of strengthening your muscles and rebuilding confidence that you will meet your goals. As an elder, I wasn't expecting much. Usually you are treating as if you have lost your ability to look ahead after healing not moving into your new future. This is the place for comforting, moral boosting and overall knowledge of how to care for my needs. Treat yourself to what you deserve. And in my opinion this is the gold standard for after surgery care.

It was wonderful working with Physical Therapists who understand runners and cyclists both physically and emotionally. Every session is different and begins with questions about what has happened since the previous session. At that point, the Physical therapist adjusts the plan for the day if needed. Sessions with Andrea and Cindy (Madison, County Line location) included exercises plus hands-on treatment for specific areas including massage, rolling, suction cups or whatever is needed. With their education and decades of experience they identified spots that needed attention when I did not realize those spots were the source of problems. The initial examination was very thorough and documented to identify progress. Nesin's holistic approach really worked for me. I had two sessions at a large facility and knew the impersonal cookie-cutter approach was not a good fit for me. I am so grateful that I switched to Nesin. The NTS facility is not large and overwhelming but still has tremendous resources. The staff made sure I understood how to do specific exercises at home and were very reinforcing when my progress showed that I had been working. After sessions I felt spoiled and rewarded sitting with TENS (mild electrical current to reduce pain) and either ice or heat. I am incredibly grateful for the NTS team and highly recommend them.

When he was acting as my psychiatrist as me being an involuntarily committed patient in Huntsville…read moreHospital Behavioral unit, , he gave only few minutes time to explain my situation, to listen on whether not on not I'm even in predisposition to receive his recommended drugs, and he is the cause of me receiving an unnecessary injection that has me mentally disturbed over two weeks after the cause. His advice prompted the judge to recommended this be the treatment for me, and now i am ruined. Now, i know i wasn't even supposed to have crossed paths with this facility had i any control on that, but if he had any effective listening to the patient i still could have made a good outcome, and now, bullshit. They in the court process should have recommend the therapy outcome reasonably considering my milder diagnoses: that i was stable and can talk in right mind matter over, and the capacity to dos with a therapist was evident to him. he still refused to see that, insisting behaviors i exhibited in the hospital (that was result from my being that wrong environment i spent year fretting over), like my not eating their food, and refusing oral medicines) ,reason my mother didn't like about me, somehow reflected badly on me. bc i wasn't a violent, self harming, or loss of reality, hallucinating patient that required drugs. All i had was what they call partial loss on insight on a topic so pathetic, why they thought what they thought, but they was wrong. Their isn't no way my type of delusional behaviors adherence, which wasn't even a stereotypical clear cut case (even I'd recommend drugs for those), need anti psychotic for schizophrenics, and given how i strongly expressed my standards to everyone talk to me in that hospital, against not taking medicine my own right what i put in my body, not a thing did it do for me were violated, i need seek compensation for the physical alterations and mental aggravations done to me. Not only dd the medicine not do what They wanted it do to me which was something i never would bring upon my own self, but i told them it wouldn't and i also warned them and was agitated and paranoid and let them know how disturbed I'd be if i received it.

My doctor sent me to physical therapy at TOC. I have been to this location's PT floor in the past…read more I met with Scott and he gave me several exercises to do at home that may help my knee pain. My knee was swollen and he performed lymphatic massage to help get some of the fluid on my knee down. He told me my pain would increase if fluid builds up in my knee and if the pain became unbearable, the next step would be to have the fluid removed. Scott is very knowledgeable and we discussed CBD oils and creams that may help with pain. My only complaint about TOC is the parking there is difficult. When the business was established years ago, there was no crystal ball to determine the population growth would be what it has been here in Huntsville. They need double the occupancy they have or at least 3 additional floors for parking.

I appreciate doctors who let you advocate for yourself as well as respect your time. Not once have I ever been here where I feel that the doctors or staff are talking above or below me which is always amazing. The only downside is having to get ahold of the doctor's office directly as while they are in clinic no one will answer the phone.
