First fo all, communication with her is always a 10/10. She is very professional and understands exactly what I am looking for and the "vibe" that I need for every occasion. One of the main reasons why I keep coming back to her, is her level of professionalism. Almost all of the balloon arches I've needed are for events that start very early, so I usually need them up by 7am and she has NEVER been late a single time.
