They called me 2 days in advance and let me know when they would be there. They showed up on time and did a great job. I could have had a handyman do the job for a bit less but these guys did not show up with buckets from home depot. They had a truck and professional equipment. I highly recommend them.

They were timely with great communication from the bidding process to the completion of my project. Scout Lawn Care brings a high level of professionalism that is not normally seen with other lawn care companies in the area. I had a project that was a lot more daunting than anticipated. We took down an extremely large tree last year, and I contracted Scout Lawn Care to come in and haul off excess dirt and mulch from the stump grinding and then ultimately grade the area. What wasn't apparent was the large amounts of concrete and brick that were buried underground (not sure how that happened, but it's a 100-year-old house), making this a much larger excavation job than anybody first thought. They did not upcharge me from the initial bid and still completed the job on time. This is the type of honesty that a consumer is looking for, and all other companies in the area should take note because Jeff and his crew are setting the bar for customer service and satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone in and around the Louisville area, and I will be requesting bids on other projects around my home in the future.
