This is my favorite workout ever! I used to go to the studio in San Ramon until they closed last year (boo hoo) and followed BM to Livermore! It is suited for all levels, make sure you communicate with the instructor of any ailments for modifying to your body. The workout is like a tour of your body parts: arms, shoulders, thighs, booty and abs. If you are doing it correctly, you will feel it the next day. Meghan is really accommodating and since the studio is new, she is open to student input on making the studio a fit for everyone. Take advantage of the class/wine tasting events in the area. It's a good way to check it out and have fun afterwards.

Review for grand opening party only! What a great looking studio! My gf took me here and is trying to convince me to come take a class here, I just might! 1. Lots of snacks: cheese, salami, veggies, crackers, and wine. I could end the review here but I'll be more useful 2. Cute tank tops and workout pants for sale 3. For the party they had some vendors there for jewelry, essential oils, and photography. 4. Kids room for the parents that need a fun spot while they take their classes. 5. Spacious studio room for their classes 6. Clean areas to change and freshen up. 7. Parking lot has plenty of parking. 8. All the instructors I met were super friendly 9. Oh and I got a swag bag!! Was hoping to win the bar bingo but wasnt my luck today!

That said, I have been delighted to find such a welcoming place full of capable, friendly, and patient instructors who are willing to help me learn and improve my form. The Pleasanton studio is clean and well organized and it is easy to schedule or change classes through their app. But really, the people who teach the classes, and those who attend them, make a difference with their positivity and encouragement. A bonus benefit (for me at least) is the mental workout I get too. I need to focus and concentrate during the workouts; both on getting my form correct and on the instructions given during the class. I like the variety of class formats offered and the ever-changing exercises done within each class. The variety keeps things fresh and helps me stay engaged and challenged. I want to stay fit and healthy as I age and Pure Barre classes will help me do just that.

Upon arrival we walked in and it was so empty in the front room. We waited a while and peeked around at the merch but no one came to the desk and the class was starting soon so we wandered into the back. We found the only room with silks hanging and entered, the instructor was incredibly off-putting and cold. She didn't welcome us, or even look at us when we approached her to intro ourselves. She scolded us for not checking in properly even though no one was in the building to tell us. She put my friend and I in far apart spots and when we requested to be near each other she huffed. The class itself is a whole lot of fun. Being new to using silks, the instructor explained the movements well and I felt confident in executing new moves. After she felt out the class she even walked us through a more advanced upside down movement. There was one student who was clearly very advanced in aerial yoga/acrobatics so the instructor had him do the majority of the demonstrations.

Aloha, So I've waited 2 months before writing my review…read more I've attended over 50 % of the classes offered at all 4 Joya locations: - Livermore - Pleasanton - Dublin (before the closure) - Blackhawk I initially sign up for 1- month trial for $39.00. After that was complete I waited a week before I sign up for 3 month of all access pass (all access allows use of all locations) . Since I joined in October , I've completed 44 classes. I have attended classes at all four locations. I chose to try Joya because it offers Bikram Yoga, Circuit, HIIT, and more! All of the facilities are amazing. Their facilities are always clean and I love that three locations have showers. I enjoy attending 5:45 AM and 6:00 AM classes. The instructors are always energetic and excited to teach! , Considering most of us get up at like 4:45-5:00 AM to be at class by 6:00 AM. I have not yet attended - Joya Cycle (I have a sciatic issue) - jBarre (availability/classes always full) - jFit (availability/classes always full) - Cardio Blast (availability) - Ariel Yoga II (availability) Again, I can only attend early morning classes due to schedule. I have attended a few weekend classes which there is a ton of availability at all locations. I personally love how intense the HIIT/Pilates and Jcircuit classes are. I really get a total body workout in those classes. I love that Joya offers HOT Bikram in 60min, 75 min, and 90min sessions. I do one of those classes once a week. Bikram has done wonders for my health since I started doing it in. 2014. If you are looking to change up your routine, or to try something new. I highly recommend you doing a one month trial for $39.00 with Joya! I'm rating Joya 5 stars because of the classes they offer, the facilities, and my personal experiences with staff and instructors! The sessions themselves are both professional and gentle. The instructors are always attentive -- they carefully watch your form, make small adjustments, guide you, and support you throughout. And they do it in such a kind, respectful way that you feel encouraged, not pressured. One of my favorite things is the small group size. It creates this almost private-session feeling. You're seen, you're heard, and you get real attention -- which is so rare and so valuable. The atmosphere in the studio is incredibly warm and calming. I arrived and they asked if I had grippy socks and asked that I purchase them for safety reasons. They had plenty to choose from. The class size was very small (only 2 of us) so we got a ton of hands on attention and Grecia really made sure we were focused on the correct muscles for each exercise. The class was about 50 minutes long. I definitely would take a class from here again and would recommend to others!

The manager there Olivia came outside after she finished what she was doing and asked me what she could do to help me. I told her I was thinking of canceling. She asked more questions about what was going on in my life and really encouraged me to sign up for the transformation challenge. She was so supportive and I was really impressed that she followed me outside to see how she could help me. If it wasn't for her, I probably would've quit my membership and would not be where I am today. The challenge is almost over. I've been coming to the gym regularly and almost daily. I am seeing so many changes in my life positive changes. Now that I'm working out regularly, I'm stronger and faster. I'm making progress. I'm eating better. I'm sleeping better. My mind is positive and things that I found really hard to do are now relatively easy. I am so much happier and I feel so good! I cannot thank Olivia enough for reaching out to me in the way that she did. She went above and beyond for sure. I also want to rave about the coaches at the Dublin Orangetheory! I have never worked out in a place where the coaches actually remember my name and walk around and encourage me with my own personal goals. They remember what I'm working on and notice when I'm going a little faster on the treadmill or doing a heavier weight, they notice and they congratulate me and encourage me! All the coaches are great, but I especially want to say thank you to Taylor and Paul because I've worked with them the most in those early morning classes. Both of them have been instrumental in my progress! So thank you so much for the whole team at Dublin Orangetheory!!

I've made lasting friendships here, and my kiddo has too.
