And it never feels like a formality -- you can tell they truly want to understand you. I really appreciated how they match you with the right class. It never feels like you're just placed wherever there's availability. Instead, they recommend what actually fits you best -- so you feel comfortable, safe, and supported. The sessions themselves are both professional and gentle. The instructors are always attentive -- they carefully watch your form, make small adjustments, guide you, and support you throughout. And they do it in such a kind, respectful way that you feel encouraged, not pressured. One of my favorite things is the small group size. It creates this almost private-session feeling. You're seen, you're heard, and you get real attention -- which is so rare and so valuable. The atmosphere in the studio is incredibly warm and calming. Since my first review over a year ago... I've continued to go to Pilates Forever Studio pretty much every day (except when I'm traveling). It's not just the workouts, but the people and the feeling of community, that I truly enjoy. I love it so much, I signed up for their teacher training workshops in Feb-Apr earlier this year. I work full-time in the tech industry, but Pilates Forever Studio has become my 2nd home. Being a part of this studio for almost 2 yrs now has benefited me both physically and mentally, and I have gained long-lasting friendships with a lot of the people here. I've done the rotating gym memberships at 24-Hr Fitness, Bay Club, Orange Theory, etc throughout my whole life, but this is the first time I've stayed committed continuously to one place. I took the 8am class with Grecia this morning and it was lovely! Parking was easy, check in was easy, and class was great! I arrived and they asked if I had grippy socks and asked that I purchase them for safety reasons. They had plenty to choose from. The class size was very small (only 2 of us) so we got a ton of hands on attention and Grecia really made sure we were focused on the correct muscles for each exercise. The class was about 50 minutes long. I definitely would take a class from here again and would recommend to others! read more

On a whim, I signed up for a 30-minute introductory Pilates class here, choosing it because it's local, intimate with smaller class sizes, and offers early class times. As my very first Pilates class, I couldn't have asked for a better experience--Mika was an amazing instructor who introduced herself beforehand, walked me through the machine, and made sure I felt comfortable while teaching proper terms and safety. She was incredibly patient, personable, and never judgmental when I needed to take a break. The studio layout is a bit awkward since there's no front desk or clear check-in area, but there are seats and cubbies for belongings. Overall, it was a great first experience, and I'm definitely interested in trying more classes and possibly a private session to start. read more

I have been wanting to try Pilates for a long time but never got a chance to do so until today! Luckily a friend knew of this great studio which offers private classes and let me tag along. The location is very easy to find and in a nice plaza. The studio itself is the perfect space for private classes, enough room to workout but not feel cramped. It is also very clean and evidently sanitized between sessions. Alina was our instructor and she was very patient with teaching a clueless pilates newbie such as myself. I workout more with weights so the movements and postures were very different for me, but she showed no frustration in corrections and really helped me get the most of my session. As for the workout, I encourage everyone to give it a try! It is challenging and you can really feel the burn even in small movements as it requires control and focus! read more

Alinah is a gem! I met her for the first trial class and she spent all that time to learn about my body strength and weakness to design a regime for me and my body. I really appreciate her knowledge, patience and calm self with me who has never done Pilates!! She is like the true woman health champion and will talk to you more about your health than your Gynae, really. You feel like a friend right when you walk in and then you get comfortable with the terms, instruments, Pilates stuff that you want to return for the next class. I started Pilates in May in 2022 twice a week . I started doing it six days a week starting January this year at Pilates Forever . That is the best gift I could have given to myself . Pilates took 30 years off me. I am as flexible as I was in my 20s, worked my muscles that I didn't know existed before. I feel more energetic. My mind is clearer. It helps me keep grounded . I reduced 2 sizes since I started Pilates . Aliana is a great coach . She is very knowledgeable and trusted me more than I trusted myself along the way. I am easily bored with repetitive exercises . But she manages to surprise me with a different routine every time I come for a class . She is the most friendly coach I ever met who deeply cares for all her clients . Prior to starting Pilates at the studio in September 2023, I had never consistently worked out at a gym or at a studio. I had done some Pilates and yoga many years ago but never really got into it. The studio was okay. It was a bit small. I took my first class last week and it was my 2nd ever Pilates class. I thought the owner was a little rude and I was quite offended when she said "I was observing you and you need 3 private class before you can even join a group class". Definitely not worth the money. Her classes are pretty expensive for what you get. She had a bit of an accent so I couldn't fully understand her instructions. I'll stick with my barre classes. read more

I really don't like to work out; this is no secret to Alina lol. But I've been attending her studio consistently for more than a year, which is really saying a lot. Some classes are so intense my legs are like jello afterwards. But it's working, as I've definitely noticed that I am stronger compared to last year. Love this studio! I've taken both private and group classes and highly recommend both. The group classes are only 3-5 people, so you don't get lost like in some of the studios with huge group classes. They have both early morning and evening times, so super convenient. The studio is clean and well lit with all new equipment. The instructors are top notch. They take the time to really understand your body and your goals. Even in the group classes, they customize the workout to ensure you're working at the correct level. read more
