They have a large clientele, but it's never a long wait, they turn the chairs very efficiently. And the cut is the way I want it. Razor or scissor, the cut it the way my wife likes (happy wife, happy life). I've never had a bad cut. They care about their work and how you look when you leave. I always leave satisfied.

I was referred to this location by a friend and stopped yesterday to inquire about appointments. It is done online and I was shocked that I could get one for the following day. This place is absolutely fabulous. It has been here since 1925 and uses most if not all of the original fixtures and haircuts are done the old-school way. I about dropped when I saw that shaves were offered also. John is a very pleasant person and a consummate professional. After today I think this will be my barber shop of choice. I will be back.

Just say something is not possible and save your client's from some pretty embarrassing cuts. We chose this place to get our boys hair cuts before school. They grew their hair out so the cuts were possible. They both picked pictures of similar hair that they wanted styled. We made an appointment and felt like 30$ was steep for a kids cut, but figured the rate was based on their experience level and expertise. We could not have been more wrong. The good news is, hair grows back. Kid's aren't happy, but in a few months we can take them to a place that knows what they're doing for a fraction of the price. I recommend tailoring your prices to fit the ability of your barbers, and verbalizing if you are unable to do what was requested, rather than doing it anyway.
