Most of my life I either kept my hair super short, or let it grow long and bunned it up...even had dreads for a short spell. That said, I haven't had many proper barber shop experiences. This place is pretty dope though. Nice modern vibe inside. Staff was nice...the ¿hostess? offering me a coffee as I waited. One small thing, and maybe I should have specified, was the dude who I got sent too didn't speak English y yo soy gringo y hablo poco español sooo...I wasn't able to communicate too well what I wanted. I also feel like it's a little on the pricey side, but maybe that's just anywhere that offers a quality cut nowadays. I'll probably be back for a round 2. read more

Good barbers but inconsistent pricing. I usually get a beard trim and a quick shave around the back neck line. It's usually $25-30 but was charged $55 this last time. That's ridiculous for a simple beard trim that didn't even include a wet towel shave or any of the other special touches. Recommendation to counter staff: check visit history for returning customers to ensure consistent service. Won't be coming back. read more

Found Barberians on Yelp when I was looking for a barber near Bal Harbor on Friday afternoon when there was no parking on the beach side. Called ahead and made an appointment for a half hour later and when I arrived, Max was waiting for me. As with most barber shops in Miami the English is limited, but Max understood enough to give me one the best haircuts I've had in the past twenty years, and with plenty of shopping-center parking this place is convenient, inexpensive and excellent. This place is great and efficient. Santiago is my go to barber and remembers how I like my hair everytime I come back. Unfortunately, i booked an appt with Paulett for my son at the same time to get in and out quicker. Luckily Jeffrey was there to cut my sons hair while Santiago cut mine as Paulett was not at the location for the entire time I was there and even when I was leaving. She had an appt and didn't show up for it. No clue how she is still employed there. Thank goodness for everyone else's prompt and professionalism getting my family in and out timely. read more

This was my first barbershop experience since the quarantine and I have to tell you that it was a great one. As you may be aware now, barbershops require an appointment. The Barberians allow you to make your appointment from yelp, from their website or calling in. That's very convenient. Walking in you're welcomed by friendly barbers and given a choice of beverage. Excellent Cuban coffee in my case. The barbers are friendly and talked with their customers and amongst theirselves but kept the focus on their cut. The ambiance is conducive to relaxation. The place is immaculate and smells clean. There was no loud music blaring. The barber that I had from my appointment is Alex. Knowledgeable guy, you could tell he loves what he do and takes pride in it. You're even more at ease because you can clearly see the barbers' many certifications especially the COVID training. That made me feel safe. I went for a beard trim. I'm a bald guy so I take care of the beard. I was treated like royalty. A cut just like I wanted, but also steam treatment, face and neck massage, hot towel, cold towel, beard conditioner etc All for a great price. I definitely will come back and would recommend this place to anyone in the North Miami area and beyond. That's how a barbershop should be. read more
