I am very pleased with the quality of the machines and with the sales and service I received from Ryan at Drydens. They are located in Canon City, CO and I am in Pueblo, Co (30 miles) away. I had delivery the very next day, with no problem. Ryan, had the new machine up and going in 20 minutes! I am impressed with Drydens and will use them in the future for our Stardust Plaza Apartments complex.

It took three trips to install it and then it wasn't even done correctly. He used an extension cord under the sink in an unsafe way. This was purchased in March and still is not working. She was very friendly and no pushy sales act. We needed to return the coffee table we bought that day and lucked out and found one at the showroom that would work better for our situation, otherwise we would have had to pay a stiff "restocking fee" which was our only concern. It is stuffed full of everything under the sun - collectibles, kitchen items, furniture, second hand tools and appliances and more. It is sort of a hunt to find what you want, but there is some organization to it (but that is the fun of antiquing)! We found nice clamps for our shop and a beautiful large art piece. We enjoyed walking through and will definitely be back! It is the biggest shop of its type in Cañon.

Curated finds from all over are on display; everything from vintage lighters, to jewelry, to a few bits of clothing. I ended up with a vintage (fur?) coat and a really cool bracelet. Kicking myself for forgetting a vintage iron that I was eyeballing. The owners explained that they source from all over and are often at estate sales, which explains their fabulous inventory. They took out 80% of their manned cashier lanes and put in TONS of self check lanes (which, honestly I don't mind). I have gotten vaccinations at the Pharmacy and their staff is always friendly, but the Pharmacy always has a long line no matter when I go. And if you make an appointment for a vaccine know that it means nothing, they will do it when they have time (which is often and hour after you made the appointment). They do work hard and are professional, just a little understaffed. Bakery does good work. I have ordered cakes there and they always turn out well and taste great (love the whipped icing). The grocery pick up is the only thing that I would give 1 star. I have had them not bag items and just throw them in the back of my truck!? Twice I got home and found that the cleaning solution I bought didn't have the lid on tight and poured all over my groceries and bed of truck - they did refund all damaged food. And they have tons of problems with their "system" or so they say. I have had orders not ready on time (and ready hours later). Also have checked in to pick up after getting a "your order is ready for pick up" and had to wait 30+ minutes. I actually had to stop using it, it was so bad. So it is what it is. Mostly fine!

Going forward, I will call or check prices for items I need and availability online prior to driving to this location in Canon City and based on what I have seen in terms of materials pricing is I will avoid shopping at this location. This store charges significantly more for items than its own stores in Colorado Springs or Pueblo. For example, I needed cinder blocks that cost $2.55 at Lowes in Pueblo or only $2.25 at the Home Depot in Pueblo, whereas the same cinder block at the Home Depot in Canon City costs $3.29 per block (8"X8"X16"). I mentioned this pricing variance to management at the Canon City Home Depot and they do not care.
