This place sucks. Scammed me. Bought a ps3 from there that they said worked just fine. 3 days later the disc won't eject and the manual eject screw was missing which means either previous owner or shop owners knew about the problem and still sold it to me for some reason. Took it to computer warriors yesterday and now have to pay for things to get replaced. This is a ps3 btw not a ps5. For years, this business has been a yellow stain on our area and they should revaluate any and every interaction with the community. I don't understand how the business practices of this store are sustainable. In my profession, this store would be described as an "unethical, parasitic of nature & an ache to our locals, visitors & military individuals in the city of Jacksonville. My friends and family, have had negatively consistent experiences of being taken advantage of, disrespected and lied to. The prices on merchandise are fraud and the owners and management should be investigated and held accountable. How many YEARS of "chances" does one business need? "To remove a parasite, you must stop feeding it. Don't feed the business, the business changes or dies out." In my experience, please do not waste your time & money, you will be taken advantage of. Was interested in trading a game boy advanced for a ds the woman explicitly said "well I sell them at $140 I can give you $45 for it" when we asked why she stated "well I have to make money somehow". A complete joke, there was no bargaining done. They only cared about their profit. Kinda makes sense why they have so much stock and no sales. Do not recommend at all. This store is not that great. There games are waaaay over priced. For example most Mario games here will run you close to 100$. Super Mario Smash Melee is 100$ there. Almost all of there console no matter what generation start at 100$ and go up from there depending on type and color. Game cube starts at 100$. Way over priced as I can find them on Facebook Market place for an average of 60$ plus games. On the second note. I wrote one of these posts on there page. Had a guy agree with me. And they deleted the post twice. This place is way over priced and I am going to advice you to look else where for games. read more

Just went to this place and they told me a price of a comic and when I said I wanted it, they wait a minute and proceeded to go to ebay then changes the price to double what they told me. They'll give you bottom dollar for you collection and charge customers top dollar. They also delete negative posts. Wouldn't be surprised if this get deleted. Such a shady business practice. They have great customer service but terrible prices, I came in for a laptop one day and paid $280 for it, then 2 days later came back to attempt to exchange it for a better one and they only offered me $160 to exchange with and then tried to rip me off on a gaming laptop with 2 broken usb ports and all sorts of cosmetic damage. I ended up just taking the $160 and going next door and they had much better prices on their selection of laptops. Definitely do not buy a gaming laptop from the bargain shop, the only person getting a bargain is them, don't do it! Its not worth it! 10 out of 10 reccomend the shop next door read more

Hands down my "go to" store for sought after collectibles. I film a show called "Forgotten Relics" where I showcase vintage toys, rare discoveries and antiques. Items from their location have been highlighted on the show numerous times and will again in the future. I avoid internet purchases, so the shoppe is a luxury for me. I'm always overwhelmed with their inventory and never leave empty handed. The staff, honestly, is probably the most courteous and knowledgeable staff I've ever done business with. If you are a collector like me and want to keep building that home museum or even just land that childhood favorite toy, this is the place. I rarely write glowing reviews. I rarely write reviews at all. But I love this place. read more

Great selection of stuff from Pokémon to comics and toys. Prices are average but sadly they don't have a huge selection of $1 comics with common books of Spider-Man, Superman, etc. like many places. They average $2.00 a book for common issues. Still was a cool place with a lot of comics to dig through. read more

I recently went to this location and purchased a Magic the Gathering card. When I got home and compared it to another copy of the same card, from the same set, something was off. I conducted the normal tests and during the bend test, it left a crease down the middle of the card. After seeing the crease I decided to tear the card (it was fake anyway) and confirmed that it was in fact a fake. No big deal, it happens. Not why I'm writing the review. I decided to go to the shop and inform the staff that they sold me a counterfeit card. I explained that I had no desire to be reimbursed and merely wanted to show them how to identify fake cards so they weren't taken advantage of; no ulterior motive. Not sure of the employee's name, but he generally feigned interest in what I had to say after I went through the tests with him. The issue that I have with my experience is that he just brushed it off. No apology. Not a word about selling counterfeit merchandise. Not even a "thank you" for showing him ways to save his business money. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at this location ever again. read more
