We take our little shih tzu bischon's there for grooming and they come home looking and smelling so good. We take our german shepherd there for nail trims and use the self wash. The grooming staff has gotten her comfortable with the nail trims and she no longer fights them. Hopefully they bleached the kennel and run after my dogs so no other dogs get it.

We vetted several places before our trips, and each time our dogs stayed here, they came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. The staff is exceptional, genuinely kind, and attentive, which shows in every interaction. The facility itself is spacious, and we loved that they walk the dogs right at drop off to help them get acclimated and comfortable. During our recent holiday trip, our teenage son checked in on them, and the staff happily texted photos of the pups playing in the snow and having the time of their lives. Grooming was another highlight. Both dogs came home freshly trimmed, brushed, and looking fantastic. The only drawback is not having a live camera system to check in visually while you're away, which would add an extra layer of reassurance, though we fully trust they're in great hands. Overall, it's comforting to know our pets get a luxurious staycation when we're gone, and judging by their happy returns, they're just as spoiled there as they are at home. What can I say?
